“This is one of the best places in town for speciality drinks. If I'm near the area I'll order for pick up and they'll make it right away (call at least 5 minutes before getting there). Repeat drinks are soursop tea with bobba, taro creme brule, cookies and cream with bobba, and strawberry banana smoothie with bobba. The bobba pearls are always soft and chewy. It's not the round shape but cubed shape which I think is pretty unique. And, I believe they make it in house.Staff are always professional and friendly but don't expect to have a full on conversation (which I don't mind bc I don't like to be chatty). Place is nice and clean and price is extremely reasonable.“

Even people that don't like boba should go there. “OBSESSED. We LOVE this place. The service is always friendly, knowledgeable and quick. There's a good amount of seating and we can usually find a spot on a weekend afternoon. The milk teas are so good. Our favorite is the winter melon milk green tea (so refreshing) and the roasted chestnut milk tea. (The roasted chestnut is seasonal, but it's phenomenal. There are tiny roasted nut pieces at the bottom of the drink.)The Thai milk tea is also very good, but it tastes like chai to me, I can taste much difference. Highly recommend.“

“Had a really lovely experience finally checking this place out this week! They let me try a little sample of the puff cream and salted cheese since I’d never tried either before which was so nice and unexpected. They recommended mixing both in a regular milk tea but I ended up going with just the puff cream this time. Next time I’ll be braver and get both since they were both delicious.You can customize all sorts of stuff like your sugar and ice and toppings which is fun! Will be returning soon to try more“

“Obsessed with the puns. Allergy friendly milks and gluten free donuts. Tucked away in a cute shopping area. Angel Donuts has varieties of cake pops, doughnuts, coffee, cold drinks. There are several gluten free options. Just ask the staff and they’ll tell you. None of the gluten free doughnuts were out on display but she described each one to me and could get it from the back for me.Tried out the cafe du monde coffee and chicory coffee. It’s an interesting flavor. Chicory is really good for you so it’s worth a try. The coffee is super hot….which is amazing. “i really enjoyed teaspoon, and if i’m in the area i’ll definitely be making a stop again! this place had the perfect blend of classic menu items as well as elevation that made it worth it for me. i got the dirty ube with tapioca, and i was worried there would be a lot of coconut flavor, but it was mild and worked with the rest of the drink. boba had a good texture and the coffee went well with the ube. the atmosphere was cute and the seating was comfortable, service was attentive and helpful, but not overbearing. i’d recommend a stop to teaspoon austin!Parking: part of a plaza, so don’t worry about parking!“

“Visited Teapioca the other day and wow. It was busy. Line out the door but it was a small area. Despite them being busy. The man at the register wearing his hat backwards went above and beyond. As I got closer to the register, I noticed he greeted every. single. customer. with the best friendly smile ever. Made me feel like we had been friends forever! Haha!! “Drinks for the gang as we were all a bit parched. We had the wintermelon lemonade with aloe vera, lychee jelly, the mango green tea with aiyu jelly and a classic black milk tea. I love that the drinks can be customized with less sugar and less ice. Everything was great...we were left happily slurping in the car onto the next errand.“

“Solid little bubble tea spot in a strip mall, it's pretty easy to miss, but I'm glad we didn't. Some spots are kind of grimy, check your table before you take a seat. The tea is great! You pick your size, flavor, how much sugar you want (I went with 50%), ice amount, and finally your toppings. Matcha w/ brown sugar, regular ice, and herbal jelly is what I went with. It's really good. The herbal jelly adds no extra sweetness. Be aware it's a little bitter, but it went really well with my drink. I hadn't had it before and was surprised. I'd get it again though.“

The price includes tapioca and the tea flavor of the osmanthus Oolong (30% sugar, less ice is my go-to order) is consistent and flavorful. The tapioca texture and consistency (stickiness to other pieces - makes it harder to drink) is sometimes off, but it's still a great choice in the area.“
