Very close to the food in Taiwan. Noodle soups are rich and tasty. Dumplings are very good. Wontons are very tasty. Braised beef noodle soup has great flavor. Hot Pot beef noodle soup has great flavor, but it does have the pepper that makes your tongue tingle and throat itchy (common in Taiwan spicy noodle dishes). Wontons in chili oil might be too spicy for people that cannot handle spice. So if you eat mild or medium spiced food, try the broth wontons. Be sure to put the whole dumpling in your mouth. It’s filled with juices that might burst and make a mess if you try to bite it in half.
