“My husband and I love this place! Daniel and his family work hard to give us the best experience possible when it comes to his food. The recipes are great and perfected. I was born and raised in the old East Austin and his food reminds me of the food I grew up with!“

“This taco truck is a hidden gem inside a gas station's parking lot on S Bell Blvd next to the highway. There's no sign, so you just have to know it (which makes it even cooler). Apparently, there were a lot of people who knew about it (because cars and people kept coming while we were waiting for our order and afterwards while we were eating in our car (it was too cold to eat outside that day). They have a few picnic tables and a stand under a cover next to the truck. The service was fast and friendly. Their portion size was just right for the price. Their tacos though were delicious and we also loved the green sauce which was creamy with some (or shall I say a lot of)kick! We got their egg, bacon, and cheese breakfast tacos (not bad), pastor (tender meat and so good), beef fajita (delicious), and last but not least chicharrones. The chicharrones taco is my jam. They used the thick cut with some fat which was legit, I squeezed some provided lime, and the green sauce; I was a happy camper! Oh and it's a plus for me when I can choose the types of tortilla (corn or flour) for each taco. All in all, you're missing out if you haven't checked them out yet. We would go for their novelty tacos and other items instead of breakfast tacos next time and call to place a to-go order ahead of time.“

“The food was delicious! That was A1, now I’m sure it was a misunderstanding, but I tipped 2$ on my receipt and then whenever it came out on my bank statement it said that I tipped 5$. It’s not a lot of money, but I don’t want to imagine that this is happening to multiple customers. If anyone else is experiencing this just be wary. After reading a couple other reviews it seems that this is an ongoing problem and has happened before.Edit: owner did respond, offered the money back, like I said a misunderstanding, we are all human“

“Superior tacos! Well thought out taco menu and I’ll def be back again and again. 4 tacos on each plate that you order if you’re hungry but you’ll probably want more. Gf and I ordered 3 taco plates and the 2pc pretzel and it was the perfect amount after missing lunch today. Loved the flavor and spice on the spicy and traditional chicken tacos, and you should definitely get the Korean bbq. Skip the brick and mortar restaurants and place a pickup order from this spot.“

“Torchy's is a street taco specialist that started up as a food truck in Austin and has now expanded to over 90 restaurants across the States including this place on Whitestone Blvd. in Cedar Park. They have a fair sized indoor seating area as well as outdoor tables. You can do take-away and delivery as well. Menu features a few not-taco and side items along with their signature list soft tacos that are really good. We had dinner here recently amongst friends, tried 6-7 of their different tacos, let's just say that nobody complained and we gladly finished them all. Torchy's is a neat place that is family friendly and a good spot to meet up with friends. Prices are reasonable, range of taco options good and they seem to know what they are doing in the kitchen. Would gladly eat here again and do take-away for meals at home.“

“Favorite place to eat when in Cedar Park. We love trying new to us foods on the menu, but samosa chaat and both rolls are always on our order. Chai is usually spot on for me. Order online before heading over if you can, they make things fresh so you'll be waiting 15-25 mins in your car or at one of the picnic tables in the parking lot if you order at the window. Highly recommend.“

“Set up like a fast food restaurant but has table service. I did like the heart of what the restaurant provides.Being my first time here, I didn't know what to expect. I was met with smiles and perhaps a little bit of confusion since I don't speak Spanish. I know, I live in Texas. However, the menu is in English and has pictures too. This really helped me. I felt like it was home. The food was delicious. I ordered the El Patron plate. It came with 3 taco, rice, and refried beans. I ordered an Al Pastor, an Asada, and a chicken. I was asked if I was ok with cilantro and flour or corn tortillas. Therefore, the tacos I ordered were flour filled with meat and topped with cilantro. There was a lime wedge for each taco on the plate. The spices on the Al Pastor were really good. The asada and chicken were a little more bland, but the salsa provided made them just as good. The rice was good and flaky. There was nothing special about it except it was fresh and tasted normal. The refried beans had a better flavor than many other restaurants offering them. The chips were good as well, but I did love the salsa. It had a hot spicy kick that just hit the spot for me.The cost of food was very reasonable. So if you are in Cedar Park and have that taco crave, then go over to El Patron and enjoy. I really liked it!“

Tacos Maná #2 Mexican • $
602 Cypress Creek Road, Cedar Park

“Been going here at least once a week since I found them. Excellent food and friendly staff, large menu for a place in a gas station, walking distance for me. I just wish they were open for dinner, but I understand that a gas station isn't where most people would order dinner from - they have a food truck for that. The breakfast tacos are fresh and usually made to order - typical offerings for breakfast tacos, $2.50/ea. The star is the lunch tacos though - they're PACKED with meat, and on homemade corn tortillas.Inside the Valero gas station.“
