“Great sushi! We had the spicy Hawaiian roll which was amazing, the geisha roll with a miso dollop on top and a fried roll I can't remember the name of but it had smoked salmon and was good, but super filling. The spicy garlic edamame was delicious but the sauce turned into soup at the end and you'll need your water refilled often! The service was good, but could've been a little better with more interaction and water refills Great place for date night or a quick sushi meal For a place with high chairs and slings, you'd think they would have a changing table. So make sure you change your baby before you go“

“Nut allergy friendly, I was able to put a note on the Toast order. Note that the vegan tan tan men does use almond milk so some caution is advised. Order to Appetizer Time: 5-10 Minutes (Tempura, Karaage) Order to Entree Time: 13-15 Minutes (several ramen bowls) We got here on a Saturday evening around 5PM and it was still relatively empty, but people did begin trickling in (there was also a concert in Cedar Park that definitely influenced things). Ordering was all through the Toast app, which also had a nice promotion going on if paid with Google Pay. (Value: 4/5) Chicken Karaage (3/5): Places don't really mess up chicken Karaage nowadays. I'd call this one average. Portions were good but the meat was a bit stringy. Served with lemon and a bit of sauce to dip. Spicy Tonkatsu (3/5): I thought that this relied a little too heavily on the chili oil to provide flavor and that the Tonkatsu broth itself was not that rich. Chashu pork was the highlight here as it actually had a nice char to it. Portions average. Service was nice, with someone bringing us water pretty quickly and even fixing an order mistake. Overall 3.5/5 for the value, rounded up for good service.“

“In town for the weekend and before heading back to Houston, we stopped in for some breakfast. I'm so glad we did. The restaurant was clean, they have plenty of parking and they are reasonably priced. Everything is locally sourced. The service and food were all spectacular. Our waiter Christain was very accommodating to our large party and gave excellent recommendations. He was very attentive and made the dining experience a pleasurable one. My friend and I split the breakfast sandwich and the chicken and biscuits. The biscuits were fluffy, and the chicken was fried to perfection and seasoned very well. The bun on the breakfast sandwich was toasted warm and super soft. Not pictured, but the silver dollar pancakes are sweet and fluffy and don't need syrup. For only $4 add them to your meal you won't be mad. Drinks Sangria margarita 10/10 Black cherry margarita 10/10 Both were delicious and strong. I'll be sure to stop back when I'm in town. My suggestions are to make reservations or get on the wait list“

“This is the best Italian restaurant in the area. The food was perfect, the staff was professionally personal and it's all for a reasonable price! I will be coming back with an appetite; the servings are fit for a king. Really impressed by the chefs but the waiter fantastic. Please visit this place!“

“Tried out the lunch and dinner buffet. Both were really good. The Mongolian beef is ?, the quality of raw fish is great also (ordered mostly nigiris), and hibachi options are great! Kat was our waitress - she was really nice! Great food, great environment — definitely try the AYCE option!“

“Generally hearty breakfast plates all day - known best for their Benedicts. A bit of a diner/greasy spoon, old-school Cedar Park instead of fancier/trendy new places. Pleasant, and better to support local than to hit up a breakfast/brunch/lunch chain.“

“~ 4.5 STARS ~ It’s really hard to find solid Mediterranean food places that aren’t a chain in Austin, and I think this little cafe is a great addition to Cedar Park. The restaurant has a modern vibe and look and you order in an assembly line just like chipotle. I think the prices are pretty high for the smaller portions, but the food is fabulous and comes with free pita. Falafel always made to order and the jalepeno hummus is AMAZING! It also seems like for dinner they’ll put out some specials that rotate out occasionally. The only other place that is comparable food-wise is the Peace Bakery and Deli on Braker and Lamar. If you’re more up north and craving authentic Mediterranean food this will definitely hit the spot!“

“We got the chili and shrimp quesadilla, steak and mushroom quesadilla, and the tinga chicken rellenos. I thought the quesadillas were really good and would go again just for them especially since we went during happy hour and so the starters were cheaper. The tinga chicken rellenos was a bit more disappointing, still pretty good, but I wouldn't get them again. We went at 6 pm on Friday and there was a lot of people so it took a while to get seated and the food to come out but it was worth it the food was so yummy. We sat in the outside patio area which was covered and was a small cute seating area, especially since the weather was nice.“

“I personally had a decent experience the first time and hope it's consistent when I go back. Quality and pricing were good. Agree with some other reviews that suggest giving the full asian spice treatment with ginger and 5-spice. Nice booths outdoors.“

“Love this place!! Meant to leave a review yesterday when I went but I have time today lol. I got the chicken shawarma with a side of hummus. DID NOT DISAPPOINT.. The owner was there and he's always a friendly person.. The Red and white sauce goes perfect with just about everything! I even got the kids meal because usually the regular portion is too much food for me BUT this portion just made me want more lol.. Lesson learned!“

“Best fast pizza hands down! I freaking love this place and their deep dish pizza and the 8-corner pizza. Get the turbo and Cajun crust with bold pepperoni...it's so good! I was so sad when jets in North Austin closed but so happy they're back! I'm completely confused with all these people saying the price is high or they had a bad experience. $18 for a large 8-slice deep dish is pretty average IMO. It's 10x better than pizza hut, little Caesars or dominos and way more affordable than the competing Detroit style pizza joint. I've gone here plenty of times with no issues. I love that they have the option to order "well-done" online! The staff are always really friendly and greet you when you come in. Love it!“

“Stopped in for date night around 5 on a Monday night. Very quiet, very quick service. We were going to eat at Alamo draft house, so I just got an order of spring rolls. My husband ordered a green curry with shrimp. Both excellent. Lots of flavor... maybe basil in the spring rolls? Delicious sauce. Will be by again if we are in the area again.“

“Every time I order from here the food is fresh and delicious and delivered quickly. I decided to go in today with my 1 year old for a sit down lunch instead of delivery and the wait staff was friendly and the chef sent my son a little bear carved from an orange. Really sweet and I will definitely go again as much as possible.“

“Waiter was very nice and attentive! Got the queso (same as most places and bland). Chips looked and tasted like grocery store brand but the salsa was spicy, fresh and delicious! Got the Shrimp tejanos to start- yummy but $14.50 for only 4. Onto the star which was Pollo Loco. Grilled chicken thighs but sliced thin, almost like breast cutlets. Juicy, smoky and delicious. Served with pico which was very fresh and spicy, charro beans, rice and mixed tortillas. The corn tortillas were homemade, thicker than normal and super flavorful. Perfect to make little tacos with. Would definitely recommend this entree!“

“Two years ago, my partner and I met for the first time, at the Cedar Park location of the Grove Wine Bar & Kitchen. It was love at first sight. Since then, we have been back a few times, including our first and now (last night) second anniversaries. We always enjoy coming back, having always had great food, wine, service, and ambiance. Last night there was a minor snag, but boy did The Grove come through! I had some flowers delivered to the restaurant, and on the notes for the reservation I asked the staff to have the flowers waiting on the table when we were seated. Unfortunately, when the delivery service tried to deliver the flowers, the manager on duty did not recognize the name of the recipient (my partner) and did not check the reservation system to see if the flowers could have been relevant to any of the evening's diners. So, as a result, the manager denied the delivery and had the flowers sent back. Therefore, when we arrived...no flowers. Boo hoo. When I privately asked the hostess about the flowers, she told me she had seen the reservation notes and had looked for the flowers, to no avail. Moments after we were seated, I received a call at the table from -- surprisingly enough -- the manager on duty, Kristen Byrnes. Kristen asked if I could come speak with her, which I did. It was there that she explained what had happened, and (SHOCKINGLY!) asked what they could do to make up for it, including (EVEN MORE SHOCKINGLY!) sending a staff member to go get some flowers for my love. After thanking her for her caring, I decided not to have them get any flowers, shrugged it off, and went back to the table, disappointed but still horribly impressed with how much they cared. Again though, moments later I got a text from Kristen asking what they could do to make up for it and if they could give us some free champagne. After some consideration, I took her up on that AND the offer to go get flowers. 20-some minutes later, a BEAUTIFUL vase of flowers showed up at the table, along with a glass of champagne for both of us. My partner was utterly blown away, as of course was I. Kristen and I then gave her all of the background, which now has become just a beautiful part of our story together. The rest of the experience was "typical fantastic Grove." We have always had nothing but the best service, best attention to detail, best food, and best wine there, and last night was no exception. Our waitress, Taylor, managed the whole experience for us perfectly, staying clear when she knew she should, and visiting us whenever she needed to. The kitchen did its as-always wonderful job as well. We couldn't have been happier. MAJOR MAJOR MAJOR shout-out to both Kristen Byrnes for caring so much about making this anniversary dinner special and to Kailyn Potter for dropping everything and going to get the beautiful roses for my love. Certainly, neither of them was ever expecting to deal with something like this last night, but both of them went above and beyond to make sure that we had a top-notch experience, which we definitely did. Kristen, Kailyn ---- Thank you!!!“

We have been to First Watch and have never had a bad experience. “We really enjoyed the tonkotsu red ramen! The broth had great flavor and consistency, the noodles were yummy and chewy, and the egg was perfectly cooked. However, the pork was so tough. Definitely the worst pork we've had in ramen bowls around Austin. We will come back and try another bowl with chicken or ground pork next time. Our son loved the kids meal!“

“I had such a hard time ordering because I wanted everything on the menu! I ended up going with the Four Brothers Pork Arepa because it's got to be a classic, it's got the food truck name in its title! And that was a good move on my part. For a little over $10, I was more than satisfied with this huge arepa. It came out pretty quickly and was nice and hot. It was creamy from the cheese and guac, kinda sweet from the plantains, a little salty from the tender pork. It was so delicious! I will have to go back to try out the other menu options!“

“In all honesty, one of the best Mexican food you can get in Austin (I guess technically Cedar Park). My wife is latina so our Mexican food bar is pretty high. Everything we've tried at this place just absolutely SHINED.For breakfast tacos, the staple bacon egg and potato is tried and true. Also can't go wrong with their chrizo and eggs. My wife makes her own chorizo so if she likes it from here that's a great compliment. My "go to" are the barbacoa and the chicharrón tacos (also available for lunch). Just beware that both are VERY juicy and could soak through the paper bag while in transport. The chicken flauta plate is amazing as well. Best flautas I've had. Comes with rice and beans, both of which were up to our standards.Highly highly recommend if you're in the area.“

“My wife and I recently discovered this place on a warm sunny Texas afternoon adventure when we were both hankering for a margarita. Our hostess was so awesome and kind and got us seated outside at a table. The atmosphere was festive with a brightly decorated patio. Our server was attentive and kept our chips and salsa/guac topped off as we slipped into our margarita haze. The margaritas at this place are top notch, the GOAT. Don’t sleep on Texican cafe for patio margs and appetizers.“

It is consistently hitting the spotVegetarian options: You can make and salad vegetarian by opting out of meat.Dietary restrictions: Build your own salad let's you pick & choose your toppings. If you are hypersensitive to even gloves touching a food then your bowl, I've heard others tell them such.Best to go at slow times then so they can walk your bowl thru w/o cross contamination.“

“excellent fast food. SOMETIMEs I feel like the breast meat is a tad overcooked - I mean competing with HEB rotisserie in a way, it's hard to not notice - but all in all it's great, and only $14 total for a half chicken meal with great flavor - and the salsas are good too. The chickens are not big ole chickens, but it's more than enough meat for one or two people, depending on how hungry you are. And you can make tacos from it and be plenty full. I go and make a salad with it“

“Wanna learn about saki (an area in which I'm woefully ignorant)? Wanna have some excellent sushi? The same answer for both: Soto's. Came to Austin to see family and the total solar eclipse, but after family Soto's took the prize. (Sorry Austin, you may be a great place for other reasons but when cloudy you're not a very good place to witness the TSE). Soto's, however, is a great place to go for some expertly prepared sushi accompanied by an education about saki. Loved our server who was our saki sommelier. He let us taste three different selections, each with its own characteristics. One knocked it out of the park. Absolutely loved it. So sign me, David "ASS" (A Saki Sampler:) M.“
