“We found this randomly on google. We pulled up and ordered 3 breakfast tacos and 4 steak fajita tacos…..DELICIOUS!!!! The meat was juicy, the tortillas were cooked with a little crisp to them…..these are so good! The price for 7 tacos was less than $20 , I definitely recommend this food truck !!!“

“I stopped here on a rainy day, in the mood for some authentic Mexican food. Tacos Anita La Veracruzana did not disappoint.This is a food truck on FM 521 in the Arcola/Fresno area. It shares the parking area with another business, so parking space is limited. I parked and walked up to the window. The menu is a little confusing but it's basically the photos posted on the outside of the food truck.I decided to order a torta and a gordita, both with fajita meat. I also ordered an horchata to wash it down with. The torta and gordita were both delicious. The meat was tender and flavorfull and blended well with the lettuce and tomato inside of it. The sauce gave it a creamy, savory, comforting taste to add depth to the bun on the torta and the corn shell of the gordita. The cheese was just the right amount, complimenting the meat but not overwhelming it. The lettuce and tomato kept everything tasting fresh. Last but not least, what is Mexican food without salsa. The red and green were both on point! While I'm not a big sweet drink person, the horchata was very good.This was a solid meal from a local food truck and did not disappoint. The parking is very limited but you can call ahead and order. It's located off of a busy road and traffic is a bit annoying around there but other than that, the service is excellent. The food truck operator is very nice and the food was worth the rain I stood in to order the food. There's not much to say about the ambiance, since it's a food truck in a very small lot on a loud road.I'll return to order the pambazos and sopes next. I'll also try the mango or piña agua fresca next time.If you are in the area, stop by and try this authentic Veracruz, Mexican cuisine!“

“First time ordering from this place and it will not be the last. This is a hidden gem on the west side of Pearland. We had the birria beef tacos, flautas, beef street tacos, and a chicken burrito. Everything was fresh, packed with flavor, and the perfect level of spiciness. We will be back!“

“This is a good food-truck-based restaurant. There an interesting collection of them scattered along this stretch of Almeda/521. So far, this is the best one I've tried as i explore one of the last underdeveloped areas near Houston.Trying to be healthy, I decided to avoid fries, so I ordered the salmon salad for myself and chicken salad for my wife. Here's my take:The salmon was properly prepared and nicely spiced. I eoukd call it superior to others I've had. The salad included bacon, cheese, tomatoes and other stuff, along with the salmon, on a bed of lettuce that seemed to already be tossed with oil and salt and maybe something else. That means extra dressing wasn't needed, but a small cup was provided, which complemented the 2nd half of my salad well. This meal was ordered after an intense workout session (at Bell's Life Enhancement), and was satisfying by itself.The shrimp salad was prepared in a similar fashion, but had added croutons, which were also well spiced. My wife could only finish 2/3 of it, leaving then rest for later. She enjoyed hers as much as I did mine.GiGi seemed to prepare a lot of to-go orders that were called in, several people coming and going while I was eating in the car. Next time when I know I'm passing by, we'll likely do just that.“

“The mini tacos are flavorful . The food truck is conveniently located. They have a nice variety of tacos and quesadilla options. There was a bit of a wait after my order was placed. I ordered the mini tacos and the quesabirria. The mini tacos gave you the option of 5 tacos with 2 meat options. I chose fajita and barbacoa as the meat options. The tacos and quesabirria were flavorful and filling.“

“Hidden gem everyone should visit asap. We have been going here since they opened and every time they never disappoint. Today we had the pineapple mango sorbetto and strawberry mango sorbetto. There are chunks of fruit in them. If you haven't gone yet..go! The customer service is always on point!“

“Book Chuy's tacos for your event and you will not be disappointed. I hired Chuy's tacos for my daughter's sweet sixteen party. The owner made appointments with me prior to the event to see the set up area. He was accommodating to my food requests, and he delivered everything I asked for. His staff was professional and accommodating as well during the event. No problems, no drama, great food and everyone at the event said "delicious and amazing food." There service and food was worth every Penny and more. I had to tip them for a job well done. Last thing to say was their fish tacos were the best!!!! What a surprise we had with that option to get fish tacos. So yummy!! I will book Chuy's tacos again. Retired military veteran approved!!!“

“I hired MadMax and his team for my wedding on 04/27/2024 at Starshine Texas. And everyone LOVED the food. His team served 260 people. The food consisted of: brisket, BBQ chicken, sausage, Mac and cheese, beans, and potato salad. My goodness, my guests wouldn’t stop raving about them.Please note that he does NOT have his food truck at the Orem location, as he does catering only. The best way to reach him is to text/call him at the number listed, which should be his direct line. Also tell him that Jordane sent you ?MadMax, you guys are family to us now. “I loved ordering here when they were a food truck. Now they have their own building space! The food is super tasty. I always order their tacos and personally think their pastor (and food in general) is better than TJ Birria nearby. The workers are always kind and patient. I recommend trying them out.“

“First person there today it's been probably 5 or 6 years since I've had funnel cake and lemme tell you...I ? HAVE ? BEEN ? CRAVING!! Me some funnel cake. I got there and the lady at the window was nice and helped me figure out what was popular but also let me know what they were out of (to some that's not a big deal but alot of places won't tell you till AFTER you try to order so it was Def a nice touch) , area was a nice place, good music and took only around 5-8 minutes or so to make it fresh. I got the banana one..I can't remember the name but boiii the ice cream is a MUST HAVE addition with it. It IS very messy with the powdered sugar so be prepared and don't be mad if it gets on you lol. Overall the owner was a great guy. Greeted me when I got there (he was cleaning the window) but overall will def be going back and bringing friends. Thanks for hitting the spot guys!!“

“I came across this stand at the freedom over Texas festival. The line was ridiculously long (in a good way) but baby let me tell you I got the brisket baked potato with jalapenos and it was AMAZING.... definitely worth the wait for sure!! Waiting time is low and have never encountered issues pertaining to my order.Parking: It’s within a gas station and can often find difficulty picking up food due to the limited parking space.“

“Man this place right here is a sleeper fr and definitely one of the best food trucks I’ve been to. I had got the catfish platter I want to say that come with catfish, shrimp, crawfish tails, fries and toast. And then a large side of Bayou fries. Food was on point from the look and the taste. Definitely will be back to try some other items on the menu but it’s a 10/10 for me!“

“I came here because yelp reviews says it was good. So look... when it comes to ambiance, it's a food truck on the side of the road. Do not expect something fancy. There is a place to park and a window to walk up to. Now we got that out the way.... I ordered 5 mini tacos with steak. They were so good I didn't need any extra seasoning or hot sauce. Just a squeeze of the lime juice on top and it was perfect. I was also able to eat all 5. Left nothing behind!!! Service was what it needed to be. A guy at the window taking your order and bringing you your food when it was ready. I personally couldn't ask for a better taco.“

“My wife was craving pupusas but I was craving pollo asado so we ordered both.The pupusas were big and stuffed with cheese. The curtido had the perfect “pickled” taste. The salsa was tasty with a kick!The pollo asado plate fed us both and we had enough left over for a second round each. The pollo asado was very flavorful and the smoked sausages were a nice surprise. The rice was good and the charro beans were delicious. They had a good amount of sausage and bacon in them.“
