“This review is long overdue as we have been thoroughly enjoying Sushi Bori for over a year now. It's simply the best! Our sushi loving son says it deserves more than 5 stars. The owner is so kind, personable, and always has great recommendations that never disappoint. The food is always so fresh and of the highest quality. It beats all local sushi restaurants! Our favorite go-to rolls include: Crunchy Philly, Bori Hot Tuna, Peppered Tuna, and Ruben Roll. Everything that we have tried is full of flavor and so delicious. We highly recommend that you taste it for yourself!“

“I tried them out while they were on campus. They were giving out free samples which was very kind. I tried the watermelon flavor, it was amazing. It had a hint of watermelon, the ice was very soft and it was almost creamy. I would definitely go to this location to try other flavors.“

“Gotta say this is probably the best taco truck I've been to in all my 31 years of living in Texas which says a lot. Everything was packed with flavor and great prices.They have the best papusas I've ever had and the beef fajita quesadillas were fantastic as well.
