“Possibly the best burger in Friendswood. Only reason I can't do 5 stars is because the prices are just too high. I would love to be able to get burgers, side, and drink but I just feel terrible looking at the cost of it. And not feeling good about spending your money some place is not a good thing. We like the burger so much that we occasionally get just burgers to go and then go somewhere else to get sides and a drink. That's really unfortunate because it takes away from the experience. Great burger and great location, but I don't feel good about spending money here.“

“Our server had us, another 4 top, and a big party of at least 12 people. He was very friendly, and professional. Our drinks were always topped off. Food was delicious. Our server gave us a complimentary piece of chocolate cake as a thank you for us being so easy while he dealt with the bigger table. It was not needed. We were very satisfied with the service provided.“

I'm guessing the windows make it hard to keep the temperature even. “It was really full when we arrived but staff communicated the waiting Time immediately. At the table we got served with homemade bread and spiced oil. We both ordered pasta which was very delicious and came with a salat beforehand for free. Therefore it was a very good choice not to order a starter. That would be too much.“

“We eat out every Thursday with our group of special needs children. We were turned away from a league city fast food restaurant. The manager was very rude. One of the teachers called Double Dave’s and the manager/owner went out of his way to make pizzas for 22 people at the last minute. The manager was so nice and accommodating. We have some that can only eat certain things and they accommodated everything. Go give Double Dave’s some business. Everyone that works there is amazing!!“

“Being born and raised North of Detroit and JETS being one of my favorite home town pizzas, I was nervous it wouldn’t be the same, but this location really exceeded my expectations! We had a large order that we traveled from Baton Rouge to get, it was ready on time, cooked correctly, and had that perfect grease soaked, crunch. “Can't stress enough how much I enjoy Pomodoro's of Clear Lake which is in a strip mall with plenty parking and wheelchair access. The interior is cozy and always reminds me of Italy and is excellent in all areas!! Like the "complimentary" garlic and olive oil spread are always delicious, and I have never had a bad meal. Service was professional, fast & friendly and our bartender / server checked in on us frequently Shoutout to the "owner: who is nothing but "awesome" she always is checking to make sure everything is to our satisfaction, which makes it a wonderful experience. The pizza, appetizers, and the main course meals are fresh and have been "fantastico" which came out quickly, coffee and the sangria were yummy. Seriously! I cannot wait to go back and enjoy more of their delicious food at a very reasonable price for such quality, I have eaten Italian food in Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles, New York, Rome, Naples and truthful can say absolutely, this is my favorite Italian restaurant in America to date!! Lastly, The restrooms were perfectly clean.“
