“Last night my husband and I had an amazing dinner at Alma ! I knew it was going to be good because so many of our friends had glowing reviews, but we just didn't know how good... Our personable and knowledgeable server Franky, recommended the Hells Eggs with candied bacon, and chili pop rocks. They did not disappoint! The Puerto Rican style barbecue Carnitas pizza was very good. We sat at the chefs counter. I really enjoyed watching Luis make the pizzas from scratch. The maple glazed pork belly was my favorite bite of the night. The sweet potato and maraschino cherry was the perfect combination, I did not know that I needed, but I promise you I will think about again. The most memorable part of our evening was having chef prepare a ceviche tasting. We loved watching the food being prepared, talking and interacting with the chefs, sipping great wine, and enjoying an amazing date night at Alma. My advice is, make a reservation, sit at the counter given the opportunity, and explore the menu!”

They make an excellent spider roll, and despite being a little spicy the Red Devil roll was surprisingly nuanced. On the one hand, the small venue is low key and family friendly, but this food feels fancier than the current venue. Still, good value for the cost if you want a relaxed date or low key special occasion with super tasty, world class sushi!Kid-friendliness: Seriously, kids will get a kick out of the giant sushi boat! And Tempura makes vegetables tasty for any palet.”

When I heard of this place I imagined something along the lines of various charcuterie boards but this was SO much more. Think full meals that come out on boards and are meant to be shared amongst the table. Do not sleep on the Rumba, 10/10 bite. The entirety of the Big Texas board was sublime- some of the best Mac and cheese I’ve ever had + a tomahawk steak cooked better than 95% of places in ATX.The drinks were great too and went along well with the various bites of food, you can tell the bartender loves what he does!I live in South Austin and typically don’t trek up to Georgetown for a meal but this place as me reconsidering as it was well worth the hr+ drive. Amazing!”

“THIS. IS. MY. FAVORITE PLACE. ON THE SQUARE. So for whatever this is worth, I am not a wine-o , however, their blackberry wine is soooooo good. I'm apart of their wine club and it totally pays for itself. I think it's like $60/year(call for exact $$). You get 4 free glasses and 2 free bottles per quarter, and a certain percentage off on bottles and glasses (15-20% maybe?). You also get a cute free GT Winery wine glass !!!! Everyone there is super knowledgeable and kind! They also have a spring tour bus coming up! How fun!!!! They have snacks if you stay, and live music on weekends”

“We stayed at 6 different hotel on this trip and this is by far our favorite. The public areas look and feel upscale. We booked a 2Q room and was assigned to one of the best rooms of this category, a club level room overlooking the park in the back of the hotel. There was a freeway in the distance. But we couldn't hear the traffic at all in our room. The room was large with enough seating for all three of us. The club lounge served breakfast and evening hors d'oeuvres Mon-Thurs. We didn't get to partake since we were there over the weekend. We did dine at the Brix And Ale a few times. The lunch and dinner were pretty good. The breakfast was a bit low-budget for a hotel of this caliber. The fruit salad consisted only of cantaloupe, honey dew and grapes. The only topping for the oatmeal was brown sugar... You get the idea. All said, we are very happy with the stay and will definitely be back.”

“Ordered delivery which was picked up by door dash driver. After receiving a text that order was on way and would be delivered between a time frame shortly it was canceled by the driver. I contacted Gattis and the manager Chase was understanding and promptly apologized, refunded and offered to remake my order. Definitely will continue ordering but never for delivery only pick up.”

“Cute coffee shop with outdoor space in the back + parking. Kid friendly as well, with a play area and a spot for kids to climb in the outdoor area. The people working here were kind and warm. Got a half caf oat milk latte with vanilla. They did great with the sweetness level. Also tried their lemon tea cake. The lemon tea cake was also delicious. Moist, balanced, and not too sweet. It looked like there was decent seating space inside too. Definitely saw people posted up with their laptops. When we came in a line was forming. I suspect this place will gain popularity quick!”

“Amazing tacos! My wife usually won’t eat anyone’s tacos but her own and she loves the variety, the quality, and the atmosphere! There are quite a few options in the taco department and they’re all delicious. The tortas are also huge literally and in terms of flavor on pillowy soft bread. “Going to the Andice General Store is like traveling back in time. Andice (what's left of it) has a cemetery, a couple of churches and this general store. Here you will find excellent food and service in a historic atmosphere which hasn't changed much in decades. My burger seemed a bit dry and over cooked, but the fantastic onion rings and assortment of beers on tap and in the cooler deserve the 5 stars. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful and prompt.I look forward to coming back.”

“Sabino’s Pizza Review - New Georgetown location YUMMMMMMMM! I am gluten-free since 2014 due to Lyme disease, and I can safely say that Sabino’s cauliflower crust pizza is the single best GF pizza I’ve ever had. The crust is crunchy and buttery and crispy and chewy and all the things that regular pizza crust is supposed to taste like. I’m actually hoping they didn’t get it confused and give me the wrong crust, it was that good. I did pretty much the carnivore special, which I don’t know the exact name for it but it’s every meat possible because you know pizza and meat equals joy. The ham was a quarter inch thick like the slices your grandma makes you at Christmas because you’re her favorite. So so so good. I opened up the box in the parking lot when I got it just now, and it looked so good I ate a piece of it right then. I figured it was the best it would ever be in that moment, and it was definitely that. Also, I called 10 minutes to closing, and they were lovely. They ordered it for me, and made it and stayed five minutes late to make sure I got it. And did I mention that the crust was not doughy? It was crispy with that slight burnt edge that is perfection on a real crust. If you’re gluten free, you know what I mean. So so so so so good. The sauce was yummy, the toppings were yummy. The people were really nice. I am soooooo happy. I did ask if it was possible for them to knock down the wall between them and the empty spot next door and make it an actual dining place with wine and beer and stuff to do so we could hang out there. I will gladly gain 20 pounds to ensure that happens. You’re welcome.”

“Don’t care for the lines at this chain. Two lines bottle neck into two but it doesn’t speed things up it makes you “on the line” for your order which might take 30 minutes to get. The staff as expected to interact heavily which is a bit much at times.”

“I took a high school soccer team to dinner after a state playoff game. The manager staff and everyone we interacted with was. They had drinks on the table and no time took our orders. “MASFAJITAS, Georgetown Sharing my/our experiences at MasFajitas in Georgetown. In Georgetown, MasFajitas has been our Go TO for Mexican food and great bar service and drinks ever since they opened up on Williams drive. The food choices and quality has not ever disappointed us. Service has always been inviting and welcoming with some of the staff even referring to us and many others as "family" when greeting their patrons. There are many familiar faces who have waited on us over the years and who stand out due to their consideration, even if nothing more than their acknowledging smile (Amanda, Jaio, Caio, & Amaury). On a very busy Saturday back during the business of the holidays, we took our out of town guests along with my elderly parents (shh....don't tell my mom that I wrote that) out to dinner at MasFajitas. Even though the restaurant was alive and bustling, we were enjoying our time together. Unfortunately by the end of our experience we were no longer happy. The matter was brought to the attention of the onsite manager prior to our leaving the restaurant that evening. After some time went by and I received a "welcome back" email. Which I might add is quite clever and a great marketing tool for MasFajitas because this email reminded and prompted me to reach out by replying requesting to share our experience with the owner/general manager. Prior to this, we were frequenting MasFajitas at least once a month and saddened that we were no longer doing so due to the last experience (the only time we have had a not so good ending there). After I sent the email requesting that they reach out to learn more about our experience and choosing to stay away; we received a phone call from the owner, the general manager, and the manager of the Georgetown Masfajitas location each being very interested in learning about what took place and of how it was handled. Jonny, the Georgetown manager, reached out to us on his day off and sincerely showed an interest and patiently listened to all of the details and the importance of that dinner shared at the restaurant that evening. I must point out that this was almost 6 weeks after the concern arose and based on Jonny's response the immediacy and concern for us, our family, and his restaurant both the business and his crew were all very much relevant and important to him. Jonny went above and beyond and invited us to come back to the restaurant. Knowing that things can and do happen, we agreed to return. Jonny made sure that he was at the restaurant when we came. Once again Mas Faijitas was jumping on a late Friday evening (after we got off from work). Amaury, a warm familiar face and kind person, was our waiter. As always, Amaury went out of his way to make sure that we did not want for anything and was a step ahead of caring for the table and the 4 of us. Jonny came to the table multiple times throughout our visit from the beginning to the end to make sure that we were comfortable, enjoying our food, and prior to us leaving. Jonny was abundantly generous to us and did way more than we ever expected in order to make sure that we had the best time possible. The food, obviously as I already wrote, MasFajitas is the one of the few places I go to to eat Mexican food even prior to this event above. The Food has always been good...... this time, it was EXCEPTIONAL! I took a few photos although I took them after devouring a few bites. The chicken avocado enchiladas are flavorful and so good! Both of my parents had the grilled tilapia (cancun tilapia and shrimp) and ceviche. Since my parents have lived in Spain and Kauai their review has some merit; and they "Loved" it and said they would come back and have it again! This is huge since the original concern with the experience that I refer to above centered around my mother (love you Mom!). My spouse and I are thrilled that our Mom is happy again and will return to MasFajitas with and without us in the future! HUGE KUDOS goes out to MASFAJITAS! Each and everyone of them”
