Great location, food was amazing, was my first time trying Dave’s hot chicken and I can say I loved it!! But what made this experience a 5 star overall was the excellent customer service by Mel. Best customer service I have experienced in a long time.
Let me just say it was my first time here and the customer service was through the roof! Cashier: Dassia B. Was phenomenal when it came to greeting me from entrance to exit. Dassia made sure to explain the menu and spices thoroughly. She made sure to engage with laughter and joy at the same time! Restroom was clean, lobby was clean, and the atmosphere was pretty artisty.
