MadMax catered our luncheon event for our corporate event. We had over 290 attendees. He was organized. Very well prepared. He arrived early to set up and prep. Service was super friendly. He was accommodating to our needs. Portion size was amazing. The food was amazing. We had brisket, sausage and chicken. He had potato salad, macaroni with cheese and baked beans. Overall food was amazing. We loved it from the start to the end.

I hired MadMax and his team for my wedding on 04/27/2024 at Starshine Texas. And everyone LOVED the food. His team served 260 people. The food consisted of: brisket, BBQ chicken, sausage, Mac and cheese, beans, and potato salad.
