Overall very disappointing experience. Certainly not up to PF Chang standards. No one at the hostess stand to greet us on arrival and it's not because they were busy. Service was slow and inattentive throughout the evening. The food was tasty and they confirmed food restrictions/allergies, but they still managed to get several things wrong. The manager was apologetic (he has his work cut out for him - no pun intended) but his staff seemed poorly trained and lacking enthusiasm....read full review
We love PF Chang’s but this was our first time at this location. Reid was our waiter and let me tell you he was fantastic! He was attentive, respectful, and honestly would be a huge reason for our return! The manger was also very attentive. Thank you for a great experience!
