“This is a small, little chill spot to duck into for some Pho on a rainy day. We got a few appetizers, the spring rolls and the fried dumplings. Both were good. But the star was the Pho. The broth was so good. We both got brisket and filet in it. Several people were coming in to pick up orders so you know it's good. We've already been back again.. Definitely recommend“

“We happened to be nearby and stopped in based on other Yelp reviews. They were certainly correct! Staff were very friendly and very efficient. New England Clam chowder was spot on, and that is coming from a New Englander. Reuben sandwich was very good and on excellent bread. Would love to see a 1000 island option available but nonetheless it was excellent.“

“I’m writing this review a little late. I went in In December with my sister and her friends and tried their broth noodles. We each loved our own choice of soup. I got the ‘kakuni’ it has a salty taste to it which I like when paired with the noodles. My sister got the ‘Niku niku’ this has a flavorful broth. It reminded me a lot of the Vietnamese pho. When I came back with my friends after January I got the ‘mentako cream’ (I think I spelled that wrong) with katsu. I liked the cold noodles, but the noodles weren’t very filling (I could have just been really hungry). The broths were more filling and are still my favorite.“

“This is NOT a review about the quality of the food, or service, or cleanliness of the atmosphere -thumbs up to all of that- but rather, more of a gentle but URGENT suggestion and a voice to the voiceless creatures in the fish tank; key word: FISH tank.FOR THE LOVE OF TURTLES, pleeease provide them an adequate amount of solid "land" to fully perch on. These are semi-aquatic creatures that need to also stay dry often times especially under the warmth of a specific heat lamp. ?“

“Hidden gems at the corner and need to be shout out guys!!I have tried multiple times just to explore everything on their menu lol according to the owner, this is a big franchise in Korea and California and they're very first location in Texas.Their signature is Galbi Jim (spicy braised beef rib) and Bossam (premium boiled pork belly wraps), dumplings, noodles and other hot pots are so good.In the beginning, i thought it's expensive since the price on the menu, so I just stopped by to try cold noodle and the original Yukdaejang noodle but i ended up was surprised by the bowl is biggg and i saw the hotpot of another table is huge! So..yeah i came back with my friends and tried several things again and again lolSmall menu, consistent tastes, big portion, and great service. What else are you looking for right? LolP/s: don't forget to get coffee candies when they give you a check“

“As one of the most famous hot pot chains out of China, I feel strongly that MaLuBianBian's presence alone legitimizes Chinatown as a true enclave of the city. Meaning "side of the road" (马路边边), this Sichuanese (#1) inspired spot brings a slightly unconventional approach to the thriving all you can eat hot pot scene. The eclectic decor is meant to mimic the Chengdu food scene with the glow-up Chinese character signage, colorful furniture, and artistic murals. Even the music has been on point (#2), as well as the ventilation for the mugginess. Visually, the place is quite unique relative to its competition and definitely has the look and feel down, 100%. To get food, it's mainly self-serve. Instead of a buffet spread , it's freezers and a sauce bar. The veggies and meats are all laid out for everyone, so there's not real choosing wisely. Truth be told, the broth selection matters more than the foods that they have laying out. The price now is $29 for the whole experience and I'd recommend ordering the crispy fried pork and brown sugar rice cake from their snacks / appetizers. The service could be better and by better, I mean faster and more polite. They're all Mandarin speaking and a little slow on getting everything including waters and napkins. It's not much to ask for when everyone is serving / cooking everything for themselves. There's plenty of parking in their shared lot. They accept credit card but definitely prefer cash. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a unique hot pot experience in the heart of Chinatown. __________ (#1) If I'm not writing Peking for Beijing, I'm definitely not writing Szechuan. (#2) And sometimes dominated by Jay Chou.“

“The Pho has good flavor and quantity, adding the lemon and the other things they give you give it an extra touch of flavor ? .When I go I order the largest size and extra noodles. One of the disadvantages is that it only accepts cash. ? (Sad face)“

“I’ve got for private room karaoke and both times was an amazing experience. The food was phenomenal. The wings, ddokboki and bulgogi fries are to die for. I don’t think there’s anything I’ve ever eaten that was bad. The rooms are clean, spacious and allow for privacy that everyone in my group felt grace enough to sing, even those who didn’t feel comfortable at first. The staff was super responsive.Parking: Right in front of store.“

“My sister and I happened upon this bright shop and it is now one of my favorite places to go for noodle soup. Friendly boss + waiter serving food quickly‼ ️, he really goes out of his way to make sure you get the best bowl of tomato ? rice noodle soup ?I was most impressed with how well done the brisket was; the texture was lumpy; not too chewy when eaten. The tomatoes ? were well marinated in the soup and they really complemented the noodles when eaten together. I also thought that everything went into the gravy very smoothly, so that really completed the whole noodle soup ? experience. The soup is rich and flavorful; you can actually taste the layers of it (˶'ᵕ'˶)“

“The saying goes "if you want good Phở, you have to go to Chinatown." Well folks, I live 45 minutes away from Chinatown and I'm glad Pho Ben proved that expression wrong. The menu offers a wide variety of authentic Vietnamese food includes chả giò, gỏi cuốn, bánh mì, cơm dĩa, bún thịt nướng, mì, and phở with prices ranging from $5 - $12. The restaurant is located in the Heights with a modern feel and it's truly impressive that the prices are so reasonable.“

“Got the takoyaki, gyoza, and karaage for appetizers. The karaage lacked a little flavor, but the takoyaki and gyoza were great. I got the miso ramen and don't normally like miso ramen, but the flavor in this one was incredible. Loved the wooden booth inside, and the service was fast as well“

“This place is absolutely amazing. I am not familiar with Nigerian food. The person was so helpful and thoroughly explained the menu for me. I enjoyed learning about entirely new food to me. I got Egusi which came with pounded yam. It was very spicy and extremely flavorful. I have never had anything like this and can't wait to go back and try some other items.I definitely recommend you check this place out! You won't be disappointed!“

“I'm overwhelmed by the service provided by the lady who runs this place. It was spectacular. The food was excellent. It's not a chain restaurant so it's almost like eating a home made food. The lady was happy to recommend the best options. She explained what it was made of, so if U are not familiar with Pho soups she will tell U everything U want to know. On top of it U can have a nice chat with the lady about other stuff. If U want to experience her real joy of serving food and her friendliness and family atmosphere - come and visit. The place gets crowdy on Saturdays, so it's better to go there any other day. This way U'll get the most of it. I wish I lived closer so I could visit more often!“

“The Peking Duck tasted good but quite pricey. It’s only allowed to order the whole duck from the restaurant, not allowed to order the half duck. The whole roasted duck is for $45 now, and it came with the duck soup. The flour tortillas for wrapping the sliced duck meat and scallion were too thick and the sauce was a bit salty though. The service here was fine. The staff members came to check on us for several times. But I would not say they were friendly, as I did not see the smile on their face all the time when checking on us. They looked so serious.Parking: The parking lot is quite big.“

“The best Mediterranean food in town. I have only one word for this establishment: Superb! I love this place; their food will blow your taste bud out of your mouth… tasty and creative with strong Mediterranean influence. Their Hummus, amongst other dishes, is amazingly delicious; it is the best Hummus I have had in a very, very long time. I highly recommend you visit this place, as I am more than certain that their food and service will exceed expectations.“

“Great flavor but the quantity is a bit small and the price is too high. Normally this plate runs at $12 with more slices on it. Very good flavor, very original but the quantity is very little for the price. Normally a dish like this costs $12 and contains more slices.“

“In all of my 26 years of all my life, this was the first time I've ever had pho! It was so so soooo good. So much more flavorful than I expected. The chicken was very tender and soft and seasoned very well. The plate was only $8-$9 and ginormous. Service was speedy and efficient. You can tell it's a well loved restaurant because it was packed at 1 pm on a Tuesday. It was extremely clean, and I LOVE that. I also had the coconut drink to drink and it was very very tasty. I will definitely be coming back here for lunch!“

“Since I'm always on the go during the week days, I had to force myself to eat something really quick and I wanted to stay away from fast food. I'm glad I came here. Sat down right away for a party of 1. They came and took my order within 4 min, ate, and left all under 1 hr. I think it was closer to 45 min and I'm a SUPER slow eater. The broth here was really good! I wasn't expecting it because I was so worried about time. The second that broth hit my lips, I knew I made the right choice for lunch. I've never been to this location before but I'm definitely coming here again. If you need a quick bite to eat, nothing is quicker than pho. That's pho sure.“

“Ocassionally come to the Kroger in the same strip and was curious about this place. Got take-out, the "family dinner" deal for only one person, which seemed nice. Got mongolian beef and fried rice with egg roll, cream cheese rangoon, and egg drop soup. Food was pretty good and it was a generous portion, but the soup needed a little more seasoning. Fast and friendly service. Dining area seemed nice to dine in for the future.“

“My friends and I stopped in for lunch one day and we all got the gamjatang. It was super filling and the bowl was overflowing. The soup comes with rice on the side and some banchan including picked onions, kimchi, and radish kimchi. The banchan paired well with the savory, meaty flavor of the meat and cut the fatty taste of the meat. My favorite part of the soup was the potato, although there was only one large chunk, I wish there was more. As for the interior it's pretty spacious and there are plenty of tables. The servers are attentive and the food comes out quickly (and HOT). I enjoyed the soup, however because it's so heavy/rich I'm not sure if I would crave this anytime soon. I do want to return to try the other menu items.“

“This has been my go to Vietnamese sandwich place for like 10+ years. The people are nice and super efficient. My favorite sandwich is the steamed pork/xa xiu. Think of it like thinly sliced pork belly with added Asian flavors. The bread is a buttery and crisp French baguette. This is filled with pickled veggies. Their other food offerings taste homemade. No frills. Just tasty! Enjoy!“
