I thought I was a New York Pizza snob, but I'm humbled by the textures and flavors of the slices we tried. It was awesome. I had a Primo something or other and my wife had something with smokey mushrooms - (no, not the psychedelic kind, silly, though this place would have been awesome to go to when I was in high school and making mistakes...). The pizza was mediocre in my opinion. We ordered carryout. It was my first time trying Vinny's. It's in a cool location in East Downtown. It's around a lot of bars and is very walkable. I did feel like the pricing was on the high side for pizza. A bottle of sprite was $5. I would come back but not anything to rant about
