It is ready for you to taste. I had the cheesecakes tastier than the burnt basque cake. This time I ordered the original burnt basque cake, which had a slightly stronger lemon flavor and aroma.
I think this place sells the best Japanese cheesecake I have ever had in my life. I have tried the Ube and strawberry flavor so far. I will have to go back to try the other flavors!

A decent price for the size of the cheesecake. I'm sure it tasted alot better if it was straight from the oven. The texture was soft and fluffy like a cloud. I tried it both warm and cooled down.
