“This area has lots of Asian themed restaurants and tea places. It’s currently under expansion, so the parking lots are full of cars and dust. That aside, the noodles here are pretty good. We had a good time visiting while on way to Houston. Been to this area several times, and always lots of food to eat.Staff is friendly. Service quick.“

“This place was really good! This was my second time eating here and everything was a 5/5. I came in with a party of 7 and was able to place myself on the waitlist through Yelp. We did have to wait for about 30 min when we got there, but that was expected on a Saturday night for 7 people. When we got seated, we were promptly greeted by our server Davis! He was SO helpful and attentive. He helped us with our orders, changed out our waters if we had a problem with it, and helped us in any way he could all with a smile and positive attitude. The ambiance was that of a Japanese style restaurant.“

“Get the billion dollar fried rice!!! Delish!! Roti Canai!! Mouth watering yum!I also grabbed the pineapple+ginger+lime juice, which is 100 percent juice!!! It was good, maybe too much lime for me, but still very good.My sister and niece got the salt/pepper calamari, omg! So good. She also got the Malaysian fried rice and some kind of noodle dish for my niece. They were good, not my taste, very happy with my choice, but still very good.I had my 4 month old with me who was fascinated by the decor, however, we went to the bathroom and he freaked out. Not sure if it was the song that was playing, the colors or what, it was clean, no smelly stuff business. Lol, baby changer beware, also, they have one toilet, so maybe this isn't too family friendly, not sure how they did the math on that. But otherwise, a really nice, casual, mood type spot with DELICIOUS food! Next I go I will try a cocktail and be baby free..Vegetarian options: Some dishes are vegetarian only, I didn't see many though.Parking: It's in a shopping plaza with a number of other businesses so as popularity grows I suspect this will become difficult, the day I went wasn't too bad.Kid-friendliness: I don't think it's not kid friendly but I won't say it is either. Maybe preteen and up, definitely not younger or babies. No space for anything.Wheelchair accessibility: It is wheel chair accessible, and if the hostess sees you from inside they will open the door for you. Courtesy is so underrated, yet highly valuable.“

“The beef noodle soup was good! Their broth is not like the same as bone-broth based Pho... this has fried onions that add flavor The only thing I would've changed is the bean sprouts serve on the side; they give cooked ones instead of fresh, which I prefer. I ordered the signature Shaking Beef to go, and I will update as soon as I try it“

“Very clean restaurant and tables are immaculate. I ordered a vegetarian bowl which was good and very hot. My son ordered the spicy chicken and rice and he ate it all so I guess he liked it. Lol! My husband ordered the bulgogi and he said it was the best he has ever had. The kimchi was also the best we have sampled. We will definitely be a returning guest to Tasty Ko.Vegetarian options: Various vegetables with rice.“

“Was craving a variety of food; luckily Hmart cafeteria has plenty of options! The donkatsu was very delicious/crispy and Donkey Yaki was very generous with the katsu quantity given the price. My only gripe is there's not enough curry for the katsu and rice. Definitely worth trying this place!“

“My fave dim sum in town! And the best management. The quality is excellent even better than the overpriced ones in the same area. It’s casual and the seating is geared toward a communal (shared food) approach. My young child even loved the shrimp dumplings (S2), shrimp fried rice, Chinese broccoli and green tea.Kid-friendliness: Picky eater child LOVED it!“

“I enjoyed my lunch at Bon Galbi. I ordered the bulgogi dish, dolsot bibimbap, and the Korean pear juice. You don't get a large amount of Banchan, but you get good ones like fish cakes, kimchi, japche, and broccoli. The dolsot was delicious, and the sizzling of the pot was pleasing to the ears. The pear juice was slightly sweet and oh-so-good! The atmosphere was nice and open, and it had a small local restaurant feel to it with K-pop music in the background.Overall, the food was delicious. If I'm back in the Katy area, I'll be sure to stop by.“

“I went in to pick up for lunch. I tried the gluten free beef fried rice and it was super delicious. Very filling and would definitely get it again.downside, when I walked in it took like almost 10 minutes to be greeted then they gave me my food and I hadnt even paid yet. Being a good person I waved someone down to pay but still.. lol they should definitely be more attentive of that.“
“This Malaysian restaurant is located at one of the many strip-malls in Katy. The building is modern and the dining area is divided into smaller areas to make it appear cozy. Service was friendly, informal and prompt, but very basic. There was no attempt to clean the table between courses, although sauces had d bee spilled and a little wipe would have been welcome. Interesting cocktails and juices. We shared all plates and the meal was enjoyable. We started with Roti (an Indian flat bread with a delicious curry chicken dip. We also enjoyed the Kerabu Prawns, skewered large prawns with pickled papaya, mango peanuts and toasted sesame. While it is advertised to come with a light spicy sauce, we didn't detect the kick. The Salt and Pepper Calamari were crisp, flavorful and slightly crunchy: delicious! The Mango chicken was a winner, with fresh mango, bell pepper and onions, also in a light (Spicy?) sauce. Beef Rendang (shank) was served with a coconut curry and chunks of potato. It was reminiscent of Hungarian Goulash, but with the addition of coconuts. Beef Hor Fun was our final choice: savory, although less memorable. Stir-fried Organic green beans and stir-fried Snow Pea tips made for delightful vegetable accompaniments. Overall, it was an enjoyable family dinner, with flavorful food and generous portions. The red peppers on the manu suggesting spicy food are not reflected in the dishes.“

“Loved my food and generally do. But today I found a red hair in my food. I ish I had kept it and took a photo of the hair before tossing it. Please make sure you’re using gloves and hair nets. Price is also extremely high, but not shocking in this economy.“

“I dug in a little too fast and even forgot to take a photo of the wontons in spicy sauce.Everything was super fresh - and seasoned perfectly. We loved the pork pan fried noodles, the blanched Chinese broccoli with garlic, wonton soup and the fried dumplings with pork & fried shrimp (we weren’t sure if some would like this but OMGoodness) so scrumptious - the dough was like the red bean curd balls I’ve had before - it was so good!A must visit!“

“Haidilao lives up to its name in terms of service, quality and of course amusement. We went with the whole family close to opening time and got in without a wait. Ordering was a breeze on their tablet, and items came out almost instantaneously-- before some of us even had a chance to make our dipping sauces! Our waiter was very friendly and attentive. We used the English version of some of the "secret phrases" for some goodies. If you're wondering, they do do the ke mu san dance that's gone viral on TikTok. In terms of food-- everything was excellent, from the side dishes to the hot pot items. Presentation was always stellar, especially the "dancing noodles" XD The one thing I wouldn't bother with are the dessert mousses-- they came frozen and stayed that way for a good 20min, and don't have much flavor and I wasn't a big fan of the texture. Then again-- you probably didn't come to Haidilao for dessert.“
