“Good food and atmosphere“

“I went with low expectations after reading other reviews. I'm happy to report that I was wrong! Erica was our waitress and she is hands down the best waitress in a bar setting that we have ever had. We had our drinks in SECONDS, every time we reordered. I don't know how because the place was packed, but she pulled it off. Every time. We had a large table and everyone was blown away. She was very sweet, chatty, and there to work and have a good time. I would not hesitate to go back as long as I know she's working. Hugh, do whatever you have to do to keep her.“

“Founf this place through a family member. The staff were very welcoming and genuinely provided friendly service. The food was amazingly flavored, especially the street tacos! Great sauce and taste, as well as a reasonable cost for the quality and quantity. I would definitely recommend this place!“

“Atmosphere is great, I got a lb. of cold boiled shrimp (it's shrimp only) it had a good spice and flavor (prefer medium sized) wife got the fried fish plate. I would compare the batter and texture to Captain D's (not country style), it also had a good flavor and the fries are kind of like seasoned fries. We also got a couple of canned beverages and a Bushwhacker (it was ok, used to the ones in Fla.). We would definitely go back“

“I've been here a couple of times now with my husband and family. We usually come here to just sit by the water, enjoy a few drinks and eat some fresh fried seafood. The fried seafood is really good. We usually order their coconut shrimp and baked potato and or fried okra. The service is nice, you can seat yourself most of the times. Don't forget to go upstairs and check out the bar and the beautiful view! If you're lucky, you'll catch some great locals showing off their talents on the mic! We LOVE this place! It's our little hide away so Shhhhhhhhh... LOL But bring your family and friends too! The place is huge! Plenty of seating for large groups! And cozy spots for two.“

“Saw they were open and went in to try out a daiquiri. They have lots of flavors and a neat selection of food items. Tried the Mami Vice and Summer breeze daquiri and thought they were great! The staff was friendly and the dining room was packed. If you happen to want a drink or quick bite give them a chance and I am sure you won't be disappointed. Great dinner experience!“

“I remember Cabo when it was still Club Classic. Cabo has the best lakeside patio in all of Clear Lake with some of the best food. I go at least once a week for the ahi bites. They are the best. It’s slices not bites of sushi grade ahi and it’s a huge portion for the price with tangy ponzu and a peppered crust.Clearly that’s my favorite. It’s always super fresh. I also like their taco night - I do an ahi and a fried shrimp and sometimes the special of the night on Taco Tuesdays. I don’t do steak but their most popular food night is Thursday steak night with $20ish filets with sides.Vegetarian options: Ahi Bites, Fried Shrimp Basket, Fried Fish Basket, Shrimp Scampi (Steak Night), several other things, those are my faves.Lots with the shrimp or fish - I think an Ahi Sandwich too, some more shrimp things, and I want to say a Teriyaki Salmon.Parking: Lots of parking right off of NASA Rd 1“
