“This was some of the best sushi I've ever eaten. We ordered 6 pcs of toro as an appetizer and my cousin ordered the Omakase roll (chef's choice)... and it was an all toro roll! It was AMAZING! There were 6 of us dining, and everyone really enjoyed the meal. Aside from the Omakase roll, my other favorites were the Napa Valley Roll and the Salmon Lover roll. (I'm allergic to shellfish, so I couldn't taste everything we all ordered, but there wasn't a piece left on a plate when we were done). I wish we had a place like this where we live in Maryland!“

“Took my wife here for the first time since we both are huge fans of sushi. We got the Kai for 2, and I'll say it's absolutely worth it. By far the best sushi we have had!!! I might have to come here at least once a month, this is my new favorite place.“

“Wanted tempura but didn't want to mess with it at home. So we thought we'd try this place, close to home. It was a great choice! We ordered a variety of appetizers, and each one was very good to excellent. The dressing on the sumomoto salad is more than just ponzu, it's like a hint of flowers with it, the spicy tuna tacos are a smart idea and fun, the Heart Attack is rich with avo and cream cheese, and the belly was tender and mild teriyaki flavored, just delicious. Large amount of tempura for an app too, and Jay was attentive and polite, thank you, Jay. My only complaint is the paper napkin, smaller and thinner than I needed. The prices, though, are excellent in today's world, and we'll be returning to sit at the sushi bar next time. Go try it, you won't be disappointed.“

The flavour is phenomenal. The sauce on each roll was delicious. Words do not do this place justice. Thank you for serving the best rolls. The service was the best and so personable. “Daichi Sushi is one of the best in Austin and Cedar Park. This restaurant is small just like many sushi restaurants in Tokyo. To my best knowledge, small and tiny sushi restaurants are typical in Japan. The owner Tomo is a Japanese and she really knows how to serve delicious sushi and great Japanese kitchen foods to customers. Many thanks to Tomo, Keita, and Jesús. I have been eating here for many years and I always enjoy the foods here.“

“Wanna learn about saki (an area in which I'm woefully ignorant)? Wanna have some excellent sushi? The same answer for both: Soto's. Came to Austin to see family and the total solar eclipse, but after family Soto's took the prize. (Sorry Austin, you may be a great place for other reasons but when cloudy you're not a very good place to witness the TSE). Soto's, however, is a great place to go for some expertly prepared sushi accompanied by an education about saki. Loved our server who was our saki sommelier. He let us taste three different selections, each with its own characteristics. One knocked it out of the park. Absolutely loved it. So sign me, David "ASS" (A Saki Sampler:) M.“

We had the spicy Hawaiian roll which was amazing, the geisha roll with a miso dollop on top and a fried roll I can't remember the name of but it had smoked salmon and was good, but super filling. The spicy garlic edamame was delicious but the sauce turned into soup at the end and you'll need your water refilled often! The service was good, but could've been a little better with more interaction and water refills Great place for date night or a quick sushi meal For a place with high chairs and slings, you'd think they would have a changing table. So make sure you change your baby before you go“

“Every time I order from here the food is fresh and delicious and delivered quickly. I decided to go in today with my 1 year old for a sit down lunch instead of delivery and the wait staff was friendly and the chef sent my son a little bear carved from an orange. Really sweet and I will definitely go again as much as possible.“

“First of all, customer service is amazing here! I didn't catch his name, but the man who answered the phone was super friendly and informative! I got the Tonkatsu with a side of spicy edamame. It was honestly such big portions, I was in way over my head! But everything was amazing, down to the sticky rice. Tonkatsu was crispy and juicy, the sauce was fire. When I came in the guy with the cool haircut helped me & was really nice, definitely would come back!“

“Don't let the name fool you, Momo Sushi is way more than just rolls! Their katsu and curry dishes are seriously flavorful and satisfying. I'm also eyeing their udon, which looks amazing. Of course, the sushi is fresh and delicious as well. Perfect spot when you're craving a variety of Japanese flavors.“
