Very very rude behavior from the owner himself Mr. Anish Varghese. I Wish there was zero rating for your review. Today, I wanted to pick up my order at 6.30 pm so he asked me to call back at 5.30. I just asked him if I have to repeat my order again upon which he spoke very rudely with me and said Is it a big deal to call again? Basically, he is spoiling the name of India. Even in India I have never come across such rude behavior as I faced for the first time in India Grand Kitchen. Mr. Varghese, pls change the name of your take away. When I asked his name he said “Did I ask your name? I will not tell you my name”. He also raised his voice and again starting speaking rudely. Later on internet I found that he is the owner himself. You got to be humble in service industry. THIS MR. ANISH VARGHESE’s ATTITUDE & BEHAVIOR TOWARDS HIS CUSTOMERS IS GOING TO TAKE HIM NOWHERE IN HIS LIFE. We are paying for our order.... you are not doing any charity so first learn to speaking properly with your customers. If you cannot speak humbly then at least don’t be rude.
