i brought in a bag of starbucks beans that i needed grinding. my coffee maker at home grinds my beans fresh. well I opened it once & i wanted to take the rest to work so i brought it in to get grinded. i was told that once its opened they cant grind it. so the manager Melanie GAVE me a new bag to replace my ONCE opened bag & grinder it for me. we go everyday & that was so sweet of her....so thank you. now on the other hand i dont know this one girls name. she has short blonde hair & she always has something negative to say. yesterday we tried to use our grande seasonal card with stickers & we already had one on it & she told our cashier that we havent started that yet, which it did. & when she has cashiered for us she just seems mad ALL THE TIME.?not a way to start off my morning when we have to deal with her. but melanie made it all better....cheers!!!�
