“I love the Cajun Curry Shrimp soup! So much so, it’s the only thing from there I have ever had…and I have it often! Obsessed with it!!My daughter came in from LA…the city, not state…lol…and I took her there! She loved it too!! “If I could give this place 10 stars I would. I’m a sucker for sweet and tangy flavors and this really hit the spot!!! The juices (healthy drinks) are delicious and fragrant (I looooove both kumquat and coconut but have never seen the flavors paired) and the lemongrass kumquat is almost a bit savory. Soooo delicious.The lobster was perfectly cooked lobster was saturated in flavor even though gravy is light- and the noodles were perfectly garlicky. Finger licking good!!! The crawfish and shrimp were great too.Definitely make a stop in the area. We traveled about 45 min and it was worth it. Surprised there wasn’t a long wait at all! “Was craving some pho so we decided to try Old Saigon. The soup was delicious - I got the Old Saigon pho. The brisket was very tender and it was great with the vegetables added in. Lots of noodles! I also had the Thai tea and after the meal they gave two spoons with crème brûlée - nice touch! The Thai tea wasn't too sweet. It was perfect! The staff was very friendly and attentive. Nicely decorated inside and people kept coming in, even after 9pm!“

This place is amazing, every time I was there, it is satisfying.The restaurant is clean, staff is friendly, their english is not very good but trying very hard to help you with your questions about food knowledge.My favorite dish is the big beef bone, I think it is a side dish which is about $5, it came in a huge bowl full of big big beef bones. The bones are flavorful, has good amount of meat on it and easy to peel off. I can never finish it and always bring it back to my dog. And my dog loves it too. Their signature item was the dry pho with soup on the side, it came with the special sauce to mix with the dry noodle, side veggies to make the dish more fulfilling.Pho is always great, their soup is clear, definitely brewed a long time not so much MSG taste in it because I don't have to drink so much water afterwards.Price is fair, very good place to have a nice inexpensive lunch or light dinner. “I havent been back to this place after many years. Quite surprised with really good foods, and very reasonably priced nowadays. Waitress and the owner (assuming) are very nice and welcoming.However, i can only give 4 stars for this restaurant.If the owner reading this review, please tell the busboy to apply W-40 to his cart. The squeaking noise and the way he pushing it around is quite LOUD, and distracting to the customers from enjoying their meals.Additionally, i would recommend sorting out dirty plates should take place in the back. Looks like they do cleaning of dirty and leftovers at table can be disgusting to the customer who are sitting next to. Especially the space between tables quite tight. The way he throw the dirty plates back on his cart looks like he was mad at the whole world!Besides from good foods and service, you have to create nice, clean, ambient environment of a restaurant for the customers to enjoy their meals so they keep coming back.“

“I picked up family @ Hobby and it was around 1 pm, so they were hungry. They agreed to have Bahn Mi's, so I brought them here. We ordered the TKO, Pork, Pork Meatball and the Enoki Tofu Bahn Mi's with shallots. In addition, ordered the Hibiscus Lychee tea. The Bahn Mi's hit the spot and not a crumb was left. My nephew said that was the best Bahn Mi he ever had and said their top 100 rating was on point. He wished there was a Vietwich near his Oceanside, CA condo, because he would eat there regularly. The flavor is on point & the Chile Lemongrass Sate is fire!!! The Canh Chua (Hot & Sour Soup) & Cá Kho Tộ (Caramelized Fish in Clay Pot) are flavorful as well. Even the name of this place is lovely. “First time trying this place based on an article I saw from Eatery and it did not disappoint! It was so satisfying that I decided to write this 5 star review right away. I got the banh mi thit nuong (bbq pork baguette) and the seasoning was just right with a slight buttery taste on the baguette. The baguette was soft and fluffy yet still maintained a little crispiness on the outside but not to where it will injure the upper roof of your mouth. Anyway the banh mi thit nuong reminds me of this other place I used to love but stopped going there because quality went down. Glad I tried this place and this will be my go-to banh mi shop from now on! I will definitely be back to try the other banh mi! I hope they maintain their quality!“

“I had some friends coming from out of town and we settled on trying pho dien! They are purely a pho place with no other additional food items but they do it well for sure! We came Saturday for lunch, and it was pretty busy. There was about a 10-15 minute wait for a table. Once seated, I did feel like we were pretty rushed to get our orders in but their menu isn't too extensive so it wasn't too hard to decide. The pho came out quickly, and at first I was worried the small bowl was too small but it actually was the perfect amount as I wasn't super hungry. The rare steak and brisket meat is some of the most tender meat I've ever had with pho. That was definitely the star of the show. I also felt like they gave more meat than I had noodle, which doesn't usually happen so definitely a good deal! The broth was delicious and overall it was definitely a solid bowl of pho!! They also have large and XL bowls but my friend wasn't able to finish the XL haha. Overall, definitely come here for a delicious bowl of pho with loooots of meat!!“

“It's located in the same plaza as Le Duc bakery. It's on the far end right of the plaza. Plenty of parking in this plaza as it doesn't get too crowded. The inside of this place is your traditional Vietnamese setting. I believe they play Vietnamese music on the TV. The inside is quite cozy and casual. Noise level is normal.I always come here for their bun mang vit. They give you a big portion even though I usually get a small. For the larger size, they give you more bun and more veggies. The duck meat is usually fresh and not overcooked.Although, I wish their broth had a stronger duck taste. The flavors can be a bit bland but they give you two different kind of sauces. Their com chien bo luc lac is pretty good.“

“Hue food or Central Viet food is such a unique part of Viet culture. It's not common to find an authentic Viet restaurant that can do Hue food right. This is a mom/pop kind of place and that's how you know you're at the right place. A sweet Viet grandma came by and took our orders.We ordered the banh bot loc as appetizers to share and then each got our own main dish. Loved the banh bot loc. It came unwrapped from the usual banana leaf. Bun Bo hue is probably the most popular Hue food and the broth was on point with the right kind of spice. It's more of a kick rather than it being really spicy.I ordered mi quang which is one of my faves Viet food. Great portion and the turmeric noodles had the perf texture. The ambience feels like what you would expect if you were looking for authentic Viet food. The menu does have English translations so easy to order if you don't speak Viet.“
