We had a large order that we traveled from Baton Rouge to get, it was ready on time, cooked correctly, and had that perfect grease soaked, crunch. “This is a hidden gem. As someone who really enjoys authentic Italian food; I have to say Italiano's has hit the mark spot on. We took the entire family and had a great time. You can tell the kitchen staff knows what they're doing. I had the Shrimp Fra Diavolo, and it was delicious; just enough spice. The service was great. Our waitress paid just enough attention, so we felt like we were eating in our own dining room, and yet the dishes seemed to mysteriously disappear, and the drinks mysteriously refilled. The atmosphere was awesome! No over poweringly loud Italian music. Just loud enough to be heard when it got quiet and it was quiet enough to hear the people around you but the acoustics made you feel like you were in your own private dining room.If you want authentic Italian food without the clichés, great service and great atmosphere all for an affordable price; this place is for you. We'll be back and soon.“

“We came in on a Tuesday night, hardly no wait, no problems. Now our waiter Jay D. , was the coolest!! Very polite and respectful man, he was fast & very attentive & made sure we had a good time. I usually don’t write reviews on our normal restaurant adventures but this guy was great!! Toscana soup was really good tonight too. But food always tastes better with better service, thanks Jay!!“

“The food was delicious, the bread was phenomenal we got 2 orders of the lasagna eggrolls because they were that good. I got the balsamic chicken salad which was fresh and my boyfriend got the chicken Alfredo he said it was alright. My mom and dad got the braised short ribs and the chicken limone and they both loved it.. our waitress was very cool chill vibes as well!“

“Possibly the best burger in Friendswood. Only reason I can't do 5 stars is because the prices are just too high. I would love to be able to get burgers, side, and drink but I just feel terrible looking at the cost of it. And not feeling good about spending your money some place is not a good thing. We like the burger so much that we occasionally get just burgers to go and then go somewhere else to get sides and a drink. That's really unfortunate because it takes away from the experience. Great burger and great location, but I don't feel good about spending money here.“

“I just had an excellent pepperoni, Italian sausage, and mushroom pizza lunch at George's Pizzeria. It was an 8" personal pizza which filled me up, perfectly baked with generous toppings, and a tasty crust which was not too large or too chewy. I've been coming to George's since George himself ran it at the gas station (early '90s) and I'll be coming back! Price was very reasonable, too!“

The incident was never investigated. I was never given the opportunity to rectify or even discussed. I don’t even know that the bad review was replied to. Oh and the bully still works there. Reports of verbal abuse were investigated and investigated and investigated for months with no resolution.
