“This is a really cute banh mi shop that also serves boba and some ice cream. Everything is fresh. The pate chaud was delicious and had lots of meat filling, and the outer pastry was soft and buttery. The banh mi was soft and chewy, with a good amount of meat and vegetable filling. I do wish there was more butter and pate inside. The croissant sandwiches are great, just wondering if it's supposed to come with a whole croissant or just half of one? Because mine came with the bottom piece of a croissant and that's it lol. Portion sizes are not bad. The sandwiches are skinnier than your normal banh mi but they're like a foot long. Service is hit or miss, with some issues with communication during ordering. However, the lady making all the banh mi orders in the back is the sweetest! If you do want your banh mi a little more crispy or toasted, I suggest putting them in the airfryer or toaster oven for about 2-3 minutes.“

“I think they do pho really well here ! The bo ne not so much . I asked if the meat was chewy since it was for my mom and the waiter said it’s not chewy. Well we got the order and two pieces were soft but the rest was very chewy for her.I think if you go here order the pho. I do give them points for allowing us to have an extra egg instead of spam for the bo ne.“

“First time trying Pho 71 (old Pho 518) again after many years later. New owners were so sweet and courteous. Our family ordered phở đặc biệt, bún bò Huế, rice with grilled pork, egg rolls. They were all delicious! Phở broth was fragrant. Bún bò Huế was better than all the restaurants in Pearland. It was flavorful. My kids also love their Thai Green milk tea. It’s a must to order. We will rotate between this restaurant and Pho Ông Jas for our Vietnamese fix.“
