“Ohhh Red. I am a Rueben fanatic. This was my first time to your establishment so of course I chose to order a Rueben. I pretty much judge the entire restaurant based off of how much I enjoy their Rueben. Red, you delivered big time. This was a very good one. In fact, possibly the very best I’ve had in Texas. The entire experience was great actually. If you haven’t tried Red’s Grill, you are certainly missing out.“

“Been here before. Tried the new menu steak sandwich. Top knotch. Cooked as ordered. Deliered hot and with more than ample flavors, portion and satisfaction. Their wagu beef is amazing. Also had the fried mushrooms. As expected, yummy. Only issue was their beer dispenser was foaming all the beers. Overall a pleasant experience making the drive worthwhile.“

But just make sure you check your itemized bill after, but sometimes it’s an honest mistake so just read over what’s put on your tab.We sadly ate before coming so all we ordered was the fried mushrooms, but let me tell you! “The best place has the BEST customer service! You have to get the ribs, smoked chicken, potato salad, baked beans, and boudin. The owner is the most down to earth person, and my husband and I will most definitely be returning, and I recommend 10/10 hands down! For everyone to try this place! Believe me, you will not regret it!!“

“This is definitely one of those places that dances the line between being a bar that serves food and a restaurant with a bar. I say that because they do both well. It's got that vibe when you walk in that you feel someone is going to yell "NORM!" When the next guy walks in. It's also got some chops in the kitchen. On the waiter's recommendation had the "Not'cha Grandma's Grilled Cheese" which is a delicious burger and fried onions between 2 grilled cheese sandwiches. One cheese/jalapeno and one "bacon jam/cheese." It was freaking ridiculous...ridiculously delicious. I split it with my wife. While we were there a young singer-songwriter played some music. She played some originals and covered a few. Was slightly loud in the space, but this is when we remind ourselves... this is a bar... and bravo for them supporting live music. My kiddos split a "Big Boss Hog" burger... which has Cole slaw & pulled pork atop the burger. We also had fried pickles because... well... yum. Good beer on tap, great food on plates and nice bar/pub atmosphere.“

“Wednesday's steak special will bring us back! The steaks were perfectly prepared for both of us (med well and med rare) and were so tender and flavorful! The service was friendly even though there only seemed to be 2 front of the house staff doing it all. It's pretty bare bones in terms of decor, but you could tell regulars felt appreciated and comfortable. We're excited to try other offerings like the chicken wings next time (1/2 price on Tuesday!).“

“Great spot, friendly and entertaining, moist meat, not overly smoked or overcooked at all. ON POINT! Well worth the money and stop. Mac & Cheese was like it came right out of the oven. My only wish was for a few tables to sit and eat. But the operator said they are improving the grounds next week. It's already a great spot but we look forward to bringing the gang next time and enjoy that big trees shade. Basketball hoop to boot as well for the kids.“

“Shrimp and grits was good. The banana pancakes were a bit dry but the maple syrup helped. Didn't come with butter but did have a dollop of whipped creme on top. The smoked brisket breakfast tacos had good flavor and loved the spicy homemade salsa. Very nicely decorated restaurant.“

“Went in for the first time today. We ordered the fried mushrooms as an appetizer, grilled Mahi and Shrimp, and an order of the fried catfish. Everything was very good, but the catfish was my favorite! Service was quick and we did not feel rushed during our visit. We will definitely be back.“
