“My whole childhood I grew up eating Simple Simons pizza as a treat on birthdays and such. a couple of years ago, my local store in Needville closed down and it seems they were bought out by a pizza hut. I was ecstatic when I found out they were opening a new location in Rosenberg, because I can finally have my favorite pizza again! One slight issue ive found since the return of simple simons in my life is that for some reason, every time I order a large pie, It just doesn't taste like their normal dough. However, when I order the mediums, it tastes just like I remember. How Weird, please fix this.“

She apologized, and said my experience wasn't acceptable. She gave me her cell, and asked me to text her our next order, which would be comped. Customer service is important to me. Valerie nailed it. I will update the food quality star, after our next order. I don't expect a problem. Thanks, Valerie!Very disappointing delivery. It arrived a bit late. Understandable on a Friday, early evening. I ordered half pepperoni w jalapeño and half sausage with extra cheese on full pizza. Pizza arrived dry, barely warm and with very little cheese, let alone double cheese. $28.50 with tip, for a barely edible pizza.“

“Very good delicious pizza & cheesy bread & baffalo wings, the delivery guy was very respectful and nice , didn't want to rush & drop we have no covid , my parents tested both negative , I haven't ordered Domino's Pizza in long time , usually the competition“

“Pizza was hot upon delivery I ordered the two pizza special thin and crispy one was a special with all the meat the other was a pepperoni and Italian sausage and they were both delicious I had them delivered and the only experience was only about 40 minutes which is incredible thanks Domino's until next time“

Great customer service even at peak lunch time and several customers in line,maintain awesome patience and went above and beyond to complete orders as quick as possible! “This location I highly recommend. I had to work and could not go to see my grandson on his birthday. My daughter told me he loved the stuffed crust Pizza. So, I ordered asking them if they could write on the box Happy Birthday and when delivered could the driver tell him "Happy Birthday from grandma and grandpa". They went above and beyond my expectations: They wrote happy birthday inside the box and shared a portion of the tip to the driver with my grandson. I was truly blessed by this gesture. I was tipping for the extra requests and delivery, and they took it to a whole nother level. This is a really good team at this location.“

“Tried the Big New Yorker pizza on my visit. Was very impressed with the pizza. It's not quite exactly New York style pizza, but for a pizza chain, it was quite good. Exceeded my expectations. Much better than Papa John's New York style crust. If I had one criticism about the pizza, it's that it needs to larger. 16 inches is too small for New York pizza.“

“Visited several days ago & had to place another take out order this evening cuz their pizza is THAT PHENOMENAL!!!Definitely a hidden gem in Sugar Land/Richmond area, I drive past the shopping center practically every day and I can’t believe I’ve been missing out.. they deserve all the hype!I believe it was the owner working when I visited and you can tell Cup & Char really values their customers with the exceptional service & delicious food. “Pizza was amazing i also had the chicken parm daaaang it was delicious also had the cannolis not saying anymore give Gino’s a try its worth. Trust me im straight from brooklyn New York. Love it“
