“Excellent first time experience! So fresh and yummy! Great service and a great deal at lunch. I ordered the pad thai lunch portion $12 and appetizers and had plenty leftover for next days lunch. My husband loved the duck panang curry. Delicious and gorgeous presentation. The modern decor is spot on~ well done. Clean bathrooms too, which is a plus. Def coming back!“

“It's difficult for me to like a sushi place but here it exceeds my expectations ? the food is delicious, I ordered the salmon spacy sushi and it was ? and the cashier was very friendly, I went around 6 in the afternoon and there were tables available. I loved it ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐“

“I'm always looking for a new place to experience. The atmosphere is wonderful. I took my teen kids for a nice easy birthday dinner. The food is spectacular, no doubt. Everything we ordered was on point. My only critique is on our server. A very kind and attentive young lady. She unfortunately lacked knowledge of the menu and certain items that we did not know. Several times she needed to go and ask for help to answer our questions. I appreciate the honesty rather than trying to fake it. I believe service is important to the dining experience. Not sure if our dessert was to be served frozen. Mochi ice cream, sure. Japanese crepe frozen to the point I was afraid I'd break the plate trying to cut it into a bite size piece with the tiny spoon. I will visit again for sure. Hopefully staff will be ready to attend to their clients with the same gracious care I was given and a lil more knowledge of the product they represent.“

“This is THE best Korean food in San Antonio! The kimchi is to die for but in general, every dish I get is better than the last. It's such a pleasure patronizing this business as the atmosphere is warm and inviting. I appreciate that they offer a ton of authentic Korean options as well. Do not ponder, do not hesitate...just eat! I suggest the short ribs! Changed my life.“

“Lunch portion was a pretty decent size, pad thai was good, though I think next time I'll get a hot instead of the medium since it was still pretty mild for my taste. The thai tea was too milky. Overall I would visit again.Parking: Went around lunch time, parking was ok but the lot is shared with other businesses so it might be more difficult during the dinner rush“

“Wanted to try a different poke place in this area and after being disappointed by another just a couple blocks down…chose this spot instead.The ordering of the poke bowls is confusing and needs massive reworking. It’s hard to order your bowl since the order sheet isn’t really up to date and selections are slightly limited as well.The price seems very fair and the portions are very generous…so good here.Service is good, but gets 4-stars because we had to ask a lot of questions and the layout is not efficient. Food came out fast and tasted quality…but wish there were more options like we find at places like Hula Poke on the N side.We’d still come back when in the area!“

“I highly recommend Ichiban. The food is fresh and delicious. I recently enjoyed Hibachi shrimp, fried rice, broccoli and a spring roll. Very few restaurants know how to cook fresh broccoli. It's often over-steamed and has the consistency of baby food, but the broccoli at Ichiban was very fresh, crisp tender and delicious. We will return soon.“

“Random craving for teriyaki chicken this past Tuesday (kind of weird because I don't ever eat this ?) so I ordered from TK Teriyaki Kitchen through Uber eats and it was SO good! It was a huge serving and the rice had SO much flavor aaaannnnddd because I couldn't stop thinking about that rice we decided to go today.First of all, please make note, this is not a place to dine in. You have got to call ahead to place your order and call or text when you arrive so you can let them know you are there for them to bring your order out to you.When we arrived the lady was bringing out someone's order then came to my window and said I could place the order with her (since I had not already placed it) and it would take approx. 30 min (this was around 3:30pm).We ordered the following:Spicy shrimp lo mein plateBeef/broccoli plate with fried rice instead of steamed rice(We received fried rice instead of the lo mein which was fine with us)Totaling: $28.69Happy eating!“

“I have tried almost every Sushi spot in San Antonio and Shiro stands above and beyond everyplace I have been to. Every single piece of Sushi was super fresh and just melts in your mouth, it is honestly going to be hard to go anywhere else after having been to Shiro. The prices definitely reflect the quality and freshness difference compared to other places and is 110% worth it.“
