“I visited Houston for spring break and decided to try Lotus Seafood. We ordered barbecue and lemon pepper wings, they were 10 out 10. The shrimp fried rice was good. I give it a 8 out of 10 only because the shrimp was the size of dimes, but other than that it was very well flavored! Overall I give them a 8.5 based on the cold fries, tables not being clean and the atmosphere not being inviting.“

“We stopped in the Stafford restaurant for lunch today. Though nice, our waitress was either distracted or something because she didn't quite take care to ensure we had a good experience. For instance, I ordered raspberry tea, but got unsweetened plain tea instead. The "fresh" bread that was brought to us was cold and hard, and when our food came, the baked potatoes were barely luke-warm. Our waitress disappeared, so we asked another waiter, a young man named Mekhi (sp?) for help, and he was fantastic! He took care of all of our food issues even though we were not in his section. It was very a slow day, so there was no reason that our orders were not on-point. Hopefully, this is just a one-off, and won't happen to anyone else.“

“Don't let the gas station next door scare you, this place is GOOD ! I love their crab cheese puffs, they're big crispy and stuffed with delicious cream cheese filling. Their noodles are smoky sautéed char , delicious n fresh I loved my veggie lomein noodles. Better than Wok1. They were pretty quick I would say average time was 10mins til pickup. Lady was nice. It is dark inside though no customers when I went but they seemed busy with phone or online orders. They're delicious , def would go again for their lunch special“

“We were attended in an amorous manner by the entire staff. With it being Mother’s Day evening they gave quality service, everything was done in a timely manner and it was great to see the staff work as a team. The food was fresh and delicious! Not to mention the Swamp things and Hurricanes we ordered. Shout out to the chefs and bartenders, and a special thanks to Doneshia, Bryce, Quianna and Betty for giving our mothers an experience to remember. We will definitely be back.“

“New Palace is always packed and for good reason. The food is delicious. The portions are generous, and the staff are efficient and friendly. Although there are always a lot of patrons, I have never felt hurried. We are a party of 2 and we have always been seated quickly.“

“I went last night with my mom and best friend to celebrate my moms birthday. When I say it was the best birthday dinner she's ever had, I am not lying. Our server (I wish I could remember his name, he was a sweetie!) was amazing, extremely attentive, and very kind. Rene (I believe is his name) the manager, was extremely thoughtful. He brought champagne as soon as we sat down and he also brought my mom a card at the end of the dinner. It was so thoughtful and amazing! The service was excellent, our cups were always full and our table was very clean at all times. The chickpea crepe, sourdough, and escargot were amazing! The ravioli, broccolini, and steak were so flavorful. We ate every bite. Phenomenal experience and we will definitely be back. Thank you all! My mom was so happy.“

“Upscale Mexican restaurant with fantastic menu featuring various seafood, vegetables and innovative offerings of familiar favorites. We decided to share small-ish plates (they weren't that small). We had corn & shrimp empanadas, a roasted eggplant and squash dish, smoked octopus dish, a mushroom tamal wrapped in a banana leaf with mole and a blueberry mousse cake with passionfruit sorbet. Everything was unique, fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. Food was served quickly by attentive staff. We loved it.“

“We want out to smoke and as we came back, our bottle of wine was gone and we asked about it, it came back empty to the table. Very strange to remove wine from the table while we were still dinning. Secondly, restaurants should start curbing the noise on cellphones. People don't go to a restaurant to listen to TikTok and YouTube from others. It is a moment to relax and enjoy. While you were in the restaurant we had to move and two tables next to us had 30year old kids listening to videos and messages on the speaker level of their phones. Just impolite to others. But I guess that is what is called: freedom and respect now a days“

“Nice place. We went for a birthday celebration, with high hopes having been to Bludorn. Restaurant is run well, you can feel it, waiters serve the whole table at once (we were 5) which was a nice touch, with settings placed beforehand. Thursday night so not peak crowds. Started with oyster shooters which was fun. Moule frites and endive salad were both excellent, and they brought out their signature biscuits as well which were delicious. Entrees were all good, not great, which was a little disappointing. Dessert was very good though and the small cookies by the door on the way out was another nice touch.“

My party and I split a variety of dishes, all which she recommended including the Szechwan noodles, Szechwan fries, chili pepper tofu, and vegetarian Manchurian. All of these dishes were very flavorful and there was a nice kick of spice in each of these dishes. The "fusion" was perfect and I couldnt anticipate how good these flavors would be together . In particular, my favorite dish was the vegetarian Manchurian which was fried cauliflower covered in a delicious spicy sauce with scallions and onions. Next time I am back in Houston I will for sure come back here!“

The owner made appointments with me prior to the event to see the set up area. He was accommodating to my food requests, and he delivered everything I asked for. His staff was professional and accommodating as well during the event. No problems, no drama, great food and everyone at the event said "delicious and amazing food." There service and food was worth every Penny and more. I had to tip them for a job well done. Last thing to say was their fish tacos were the best!!!! The Tom Yum soup here is superb. I would rate it in my top three for sure. I tend to select a spice level too high for me and regret it in the end, so beware and learn from my mistake! Level 3 out of 5 is perfection. The service during our last visit was outstanding. We celebrated a birthday here and our waiter was very accommodating and nice. Service makes a huge difference in overall experience. Interior is ok. Lots of cultural decorations and murals. Lots of natural lighting. No major wow factor but it's all about the food and service. They have specials on certain days of the week (I think either tTuesday or Thursday), so if you want a deal, something to consider.“

We couldn't decide on an appetizer so we ordered several. We ordered the eat coast oysters, deviled eggs topped with a fried oyster , and lobster ? bites. All delicious. For our entree with had fries oyster tacos and the grilled seafood platter. The food was hot and flavorful with the perfect portion sizes. It was a pricey lunch for 2 ($150) but I will definitely go back.“
