“First let me say the food was good. Now onto my experience. Placed order online. Arrived to pick it up. After 25 minutes of waiting I asked for a manager. He came out to inform me that the brisket that I ordered on 3 of my 4 plates, they ran out of. Mind you it’s not even 7 on a Saturday night. Fine I made substitutions. After another 15 minutes my food came out. Upon checking it my plate had chicken not Turkey. Told the hostess. After another 10 minutes was told they were out of Turkey. At this point I didn’t care just wanted to leave. Was told I may possibly be given a refund. We shall see. In total 50 minutes for a to go order. The owner never came over to apologize. I believe if they can get their customer service in line they can be very successful. May try again in a couple of months“

“This was my first time visiting Longhorn Steakhouse. My overall experience was good. The greeters at the entryway of the restaurant could have been a little bit more cheerful/friendly but they did greet us. So that was good. The atmosphere was nice and cozy. We initially had a bit of a wait to be greeted/acknowledged by anyone once we were seated. However, we later realized our waitress, Toni was serving double duties. So that was the reason for the wait. She was the bartender and our waitress. But she did an excellent job at multitasking with both duties. Once she greeted us everything was great. She made my martini and it was wonderful! She always made sure we were taken care of. And that was with managing double duties. She was courteous and friendly. The food was good and hot. I think my baked potato was overly salty though. But other than that, I enjoyed my meal. The brisket queso as an appetizer is a great choice. It was fresh and delicious. It can also double as extra cheese on your baked potato if you still have some left when your dinner arrives. Our salad was fresh as well. I will definitely return and will definitely request Toni as my waitress AND bartender!“
