We visit Big Ben typically once a month and always have the best service with Nicole! She is one of the main reasons we go here. Not only are the drinks great, the food is tasty and the environment is fun. Definitely stop by and ask for Nicole!
Loved everything about it, except the seating. There is only 1 table inside that has seating with your feet on the floor. The rest are freestanding tall tables with bar height stools. For us, it's uncomfortable to sit holding on with our feet. This time we were seated at a booth, which would normally be fine, but the seat is super skinny, hitting mid leg for me. Had to keep myself from sliding off. Still better than the tall tables. I know this is picky, but as I age, it matters....read full review
