Tonight, after many months, we treated ourselves to a night out, eager to savor the authentic taste of Pakistani Karahi at Karahi Boys, a renowned (Metaphorically) hotel in Calgary. The experience is frustrating. However, to our disappointment, the flavors failed to capture the essence of the Karahi dishes we have enjoyed in Peshawar, Karachi, and Quetta. Despite the hefty price tag, the taste left much to be desired. It's disheartening when one's culinary expectations aren't met, especially when longing for the familiar flavors of home. It's a sentiment shared by all of us, as we yearn for the unmistakable taste of Pakistan, regardless of the cost. In a nutshell, the experience highlighted the irreplaceable essence of Pakistani cuisine and the unique flavors that hold a special place in our hearts. It's a reminder that some things simply cannot be replicated; no matter how much we're willing to pay. Here's hoping for more authentic culinary experiences that transport us back to the streets of Pakistan, even if just for a fleeting moment. We cannot recommend this restaurant to others due to their practice of serving meat that is untendered and untested, which may lead to a waste of money.
Scarborough location is a jungle the servers busy chatting not attending to tables/customers food is too over priced small portions cook is not the same no good service very slow and very loud will not return or waste more money here
