“If you are looking for a upscale Tex-Mex restaurant then this one place for you! This restaurant has the right amount of fancy and casual. The service was excellent everyone was pleasant and attentive. The chips have the perfect amount of crunch ( I personally don't eat salsa) but I did hear that it tasted very authentic. The food comes out extremely hot and the cheese melts in your mouth.“

“I had my birthday dinner with family and we really enjoyed ourselves. The staff was very friendly and professional. The mariachi band comes to sing happy birthday, the photographer takes pictures, and you get a group shot free. The employees come to sing happy birthday and give you free sopapillas. The atmosphere was very warm and inviting. The food was delicious and plentiful, and the prices were reasonable.“

“OK so I’m coming into work and I drive by this place (gas station) every morning and on the way home. I decided to stop in and get me two breakfast tacos. Those ladies in there could be anyone’s mother the way they make dishes is like sitting at home. Those tacos were the BOMB as I waited for my tacos I read their menu they serve lunch and dinner and on the weekends they have menudo. They also have family packs as well this is not just a gas station it’s a dam restaurant in a gas station!! This is a must try for breakfast, lunch or dinner!!!“

“I came to grab a quick lunch 30 minutes before closing. They served me a warm plate of carne guisada with rice, bean and corn tortilla with a fresh pico de gallo and green salsa. The food was fresh and delicious. I came back the next day for breakfast and thoroughly enjoyed chilaquiles rojos with chicken, huevos mexicanos, and a barbacoa taco. The food once again, hit the spot and our bellies were happy! The salsas are authentic and full of flavor. I will be coming again and highly recommend for a warm, fresh, plate of authentic Mexican cuisine.“

“I soon as we walk into the restaurant there was two servers talking one of them was on her cell phone while we waited for help , bartender was just looked at us without help us neither . Finally someone came to help us . Luis our Server was very nice he make up our night after that first impression, we ordered table Guacamole (delicious) My husband ordered Tortuga plate amazing I ordered bacon shrimp on point. Margaritas definitely are the best . Thank you very much Luis next time we definitely ask for you , even he was busy he had the time to had a conversation with us , I work for a Restaurant industry and i think this is very important for a customer service.“

“My steak bowl was alright. The steak were chopped too small to really notice if it was good steak. Didn’t have as much meat as the brisket bowl our boys had.The brisket bowl was loaded up. Not sure if that is normal but my teenage boys loved them.Good amount of brisket, rice, and corn to hit the spot.Got in and out in under 10 for take out for late lunch.“

“Fantastic food. The best part was the homemade corn tortillas for the tacos. The salsas were delicious. We got the Al carbon tacos and they hit the spot. Will definitely be coming back. Our only complaint would be that the tacos could have used more meat.“
