“Friendly staff, delicious food! Got the rice roll- which was definitely filling, and the two egg pancake which was delicious. When I visited they had a buy one get one free deal on the cold soy milks! Highly recommend if you are looking for a nice breakfast/lunch stop“

“Mama Wu’s is one of the best spots to get Taiwanese-style railroad bentos in the Houston Area! Hidden in Jusgo Supermarket Sugar Land, this mom-and-pop shop offers affordable and authentic Taiwanese eats. I really enjoy the Taiwanese sausage, pork chop, and roasted chicken bento boxes. There’s not much seating, but it’s a good place to buy togo to bring home for lunch and dinner. Also, they usually close during the summers for a few months because the owners go back to Taiwan.“
“First time great items. Fresh interesting produce.“

“I brought my friends over to this place because we wanted to try something new. Their vegetarian dishes were amazing! We had the huge sampler and split the jasmine rice among us. We also had two tea pots. We were recommended the fruit tea since that was their most popular. I think we were more into the leafy ingredients b/c the fruit tea didn't suit our taste. (We're heavy leaf tea drinkers.) We also walked around the property and came across the small park and garden. Very beautiful and relaxing. In terms of service, we have a friend who has a hijab and was a little nervous but they were very welcoming to us. Very accepting and her fears were in vain. So please do not think wearing another religious item is going to make them give you bad service. They are super kind and attentive and the food is amazing. Finding really good vegetarian food is an art.“

“The hot chicken sandwich is fantastic! Crispy crust and juicy inside even after the 30 minute drive home (to-go order) and packed full of spice! I’m not exactly sure of the spice in this Taiwanese chicken sandwich, but I want another one already. Forget The other hyped hot chicken spots. Try AtCha today.“

“Amazing food, great variety. So good. Easy to get to, although a bit hidden. Just off of Highway 6.“
“I mean it’s not a fancy fine dining place. But the price and quality of food is amazing. With 2 meat dishes and 2 vegetables dishes it only cost $8!! The food are so delicious! I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who enjoy authentic Chinese food“

“MY FAVORITE DESSERT IN CHINATOWN SO FARRRR!!! It's not like the other shaved ice desserts i've tasted because instead of a snow cone ice texture it's more like shaved sorbet/ice cream, but I think you could get either here! W service, took around 5-9 minutes to receive. W ambience, cute store, nice workers, lots of seating! Overall DUBS!!!“

“One of my favorites. Not the most delicious, not the best environment, get called for food but no tip needed either, but if you just want a decent Chinese style noodle or rice bowl , smoothie, or icee for very reasonable price, you can hardly beat this place.“

“Inside is pretty spacious though tight for large group. You order upfront kr through kiosk. They have a variety of selections between noodles and rice plates. Portions are pretty reasonable for price though it did get a bit smaller/less meat for noodle soups as prices rose slightly. Wish they have the soup spoons bc plastic is a hassle to use.. They have complementary tea and self serve hot sauce (chili oil, sriracha). Food tastes good overall. Usually order beef noodle soup, seafood noodle soup, fried chicken/pork with rice, or grilled chicken/pork served on black grill dish (?) with rice that comes with side salad, and highly rec the spicy fried squid. Always a place to go for an affordable meal.“

“The rice ball with extra fee for purple sticky rice. I love rice ball because it accompanies me through my teen year. I used to go to the local market to buy the rice ball for my breakfast. The cold soy milk tastes like home. I could have two cup of them. The traditional noodle bowl is ok. The least like dish is the juicy dumpling because it’s not juicy at all. Where is the soup?“

“Coco's is a local favorite and serves some of the most authentic and affordable Taiwanese food in the Houston area! I've been coming here for as long as I can remember, so I wanted to give them a shoutout. They have an extensive menu which includes rice and noodle dishes, noodle soups, dumplings, tofu, milk tea/fruit smoothies, and shaved ice. Most of the dishes range between $7-$11 so it's a really good deal for the large portions that you get. Here's what I ordered: - Taiwanese Popcorn Chicken with rice plate (鹽酥雞飯) - Beef Noodle Soup (牛肉麵) - Shredded Pork and Pickled Cabbage Noodle Soup (雪菜肉絲麵) - Dried Tofu (豆腐乾) - Milk Tea with Tapioca Lowkey, family-run, great vibes, and always friendly service!“
