Overall, this was probably the best brisket I had in Dallas. My only complaint was the atmosphere… it was hot and the tables were sticky. There is seating inside but the majority of the seats are in a more “open air” situation.
Getting in and out of this place is great! A great system that they have when ordering. Staff was amazing! So quick, so friendly!! The jalapeños and corn was THE BEST… Mac and cheese super creamy… steak could’ve used more seasoning, but I understand the issues with having too much with certain customers. We’ll definitely be back

Went on Sunday and got the beef ribs. Very tender. Also got the turkey. Wonderful flavor and you can cut it with a fork. Great selection of sides and the buttermilk pie is great. Always try to go here when in The Colony.
