“We had a family meeting today here. The place is very clean . Front lady was very friendly and polite. The Chief who made food for us in the center of table was pretty professional and, busy but in order. The new Asian waiter was pretty good. We had too many people together but, he made everything clear as a new employee there. We love everyone who works there. And the food we choosed was big quantity for each, but nice taste.Everything was great, the fire show, the birthday song( we don't have birthday), the egg show, steaks, shrimps... They tried their best to serve us good. Yes, we were very enjoyed there.“

“Helen is the best. This restaurant has the best Japanese or Chinese food I've had. I've lived here 34 years in this area. Wow. I'm sure anything you order will be more than good. The black pepper chicken is a must. The tri delicacies dish is amazing. The crab Rangoon, best I've had! Spring rolls are awesome. The Jasmin hot tea, a must. Litterly everything is worth a visit. Believe me it's hard for me to say this much about a restaurant but this place deserves all the respect. Thank you all. Words will never describe the greatness this place has to offer. Check it out. Trust me.“

When the quality of food is exceptional, the value increases, and this location is on point.Even when you have picky youthful dinner guests. there are a number of options. Can't wait to go back!Kid-friendliness: Their ramen options give you some latitude with those picky eaters who may not sure your love of spice.“

“Came near closing and the staff still put out great food with a smile. Got 2 special rolls, spicy tuna roll, and tempura udon. The tempura was fried right, rolls were big and packed correctly, fresh tasting fish. No fishy taste that some sushi places have. Overall a little more expensive but worth it for the quality. Highly recommended!“

“Food was amazing! Shuwn's amazing and suuuuuper friendly. We didn't even realize that there was a promotion where we could get an entree half off and he let us know that after we ordered he could comp us the next time we eat there!Food is cooked fresh and it's a complete one-man show, so there may be a little wait, but it's totally worth it. He was proud to say that he makes his food in-house including the sauces. We ordered the teriyaki chicken and pork katsu. Macaroni salad is the best I've ever had. Teriyaki Chicken was delicious and had a perfect char to it. Pork Katsu was crispy, juicy, and definitely satisfying. Portions are generous and will fill you up.“

“Great place for hand rolls & sushi! Been here a few times already and service has been good & food comes out shortly after you place your order. They use very fresh ingredients and each item is thoughtfully created for maximum flavor profile. Aside from the fresh fish, their rice and crab meat mixture are amongst some of the best I’ve had. I really like their hand roll combos. 3 hand rolls are usually plenty for me. My favorites are the Rainforest, the Blue Fish, and the Dragon Roll.Only thing I wasn’t a big fan of was the 20% auto gratuity for a party of 6.“

“Our family of four stopped in for dinner last night to try out our new neighborhood spot and it was so good! The inside is nicely decorated and they have tables and floor tables for dining. The kids got a big kick out of sitting on floor pillows for dinner. The menu is extensive with Korean and Japanese items — including hibachi and sushi! Everything is reasonably priced and is meant to be a fast casual dine-in or takeout spot. So Carrollton folks — if you find yourself going to Sushi Kadan or another neighborhood joint — try this one out too! We have another spot for a tasty and healthy dinner. Kid friendly too! Support local!“

“I definitely wasn’t expecting much at first, but this superseded all my expectations. While this kind of restaurant would be considered “fast food” back in Japan, the quality of the food my wife and I got was so much better.I am also happy that the (I assume) owner / manager spoke Japanese to myself and my wife (she’s from Tokyo). This went over very well with both of us, and we will certainly be back to frequent this place.“

“We LOVE this place! Great sushi at a great price! Our daughter discovered Nori through DoorDash and ordered regularly.because one roll and fried rice could consistently last her 3 meals. She then asked us to take her on her birthday. My wife, who loves sushi, saw the lower prices and assumed the rolls must be small. She in turned ordered seeming 3 of every roll on the menu. The waitress' eyes got HUGE when she saw the order and said "that's WAY TOO MUCH!" We all laughed and she had my wife reduce the order to 1 roll each and even complete remove some rolls. When the rolls, sushimi, sushi arrived, we were like OMG what did we do??? It was SO MUCH! These are NOT small rolls. The table looked like a floating city (as they put the rolls in these 2 feet by 10 inch boats) of colorful art. It was beautiful, but overwhelmingly intense volume. We felt like if we really pushed ourselves we could mostly wipe it out. We may be hurting a little, but we wouldn't look like babies nibbling on our food and so we went to town. We enjoyed every bite of every piece and quickly put a sizable dent in the order. We were feeling proud and full and accomplished. That's when the remaining boats showed up... We cried uncle and threw our hands up in defeat. There was an entire additional boat we didn't touch. SO MUCH FOOD! We still laugh at that wonderful experience and we still don't let my wife forget. It's still funny and made for a great memory.“

“We've been hearing a lot about INO's curry over the past few months so we had to come try it! Our group of 5 (4 adults and 1 child) arrived around 5:30 last Friday and the restaurant was pretty empty. My husband and I were seated immediately and our friends got there shortly thereafter. I believe this restaurant has done some revamping of their menu as of late; when we came last week they no longer served sushi. As such, we ordered some small plates to share and also ended up sharing three entrees family style. The takoyaki was solid, and the potato croquettes and agedashi tofu were fine. My husband and our friends enjoyed the seafood ramen, though I wished the noodles were slightly chewier, and the sukiyaki-don had great flavor but the meat inside it was not the most texturally appealing. But we had come to try the curry first and foremost and that definitely did not disappoint. I have to say it's probably the best curry (and katsu) I've had in the DFW area - I would definitely return just for that. The curry itself has chunks of braised beef and carrots in it, and it's super flavorful. The katsu was crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. Not the most tender I've ever had, but definitely not hard either. Loved everything in combination with the fluffy white rice and the pickled veg. Would love to return to try some of the other curry topping options in the future, and whenever I'm craving a delicious bowl of Japanese curry.“

“Wow... this quaint and friendly sushi spot has the others beat. I came in for a late lunch, ordered the Poke Bowel cause it's a good blend of food to sample. It was great, fresh fish perfect rice and just enough sauce to blend it all very nicely. Green tea and perfect miso soup filled out the meal. So the staff... reminded me of a pensione in Italy. Seemed more like family (the ones you like) and friends than workers. Actually they all sat and had lunch together next to me while I finished my meal. Business is closed between 2:30 and 5 to give the staff time together I assume. Completely reminded me of the original Macaroni Grill (Leon Springs) when Phil used to run it. Get in here and enjoy the whole environment.“

Oh and totally get that Sweet and Savory sauce, my wife and I were loving that. She called it crack sauce. Going to try and bring my siblings out cause I am ready for seconds!!!!“

“This is most likely my favorite Japanese restaurant in all of DFW. The food here is incredible - you genuinely cannot go wrong with anything you decide to pick from here. If you're obsessed with chicken Katsu like I am - then please try it from here! It comes with an egg-based Tatar side on the side to compliment probably the best flaky and crisp chicken Katsu of your life. The sauces that compliment it also are incredibly done. The service is great and the workers are very kind. If you're confused at all about what to get they will help guide you into getting the most out of your experience there. The ambiance is very modest and pretty inside - it makes a great little afternoon/evening date with your special someone. I 1000% recommend this place and will forever continue recommending this place to friends who visit the DFW area.“

“I really like their hibachi. Best hibachi I have ever eaten so far. My family also likes to go and eat here. It’s not a top tier restaurant, but it shouldn’t be. It’s really nice place for express one with tasty food for a reasonable price and convenient service, which I definitely recommend.“

“This is one the best and most authentic Japanese restaurant I have ever been. Being a person who spent half his life in Asia, I have pretty high standards when it comes to Japanese food. Among all varieties of Japanese dishes, my biggest krypton has always been the pork Katsu (fried pork cutlet), and this place’s pork Katsu well exceeds my expectations. 5/5 will definitely come back again!“

“Fast casual place.Good: Atmosphere is cool. Has the car/garage theme. Restroom clean! Food was tasty. Shrimp was delicious with the sauce but can add up as it’s $2 each. Tofu hibachi grill was good and came with two different sauces to try out. Wow bowl chicken was cooked perfectly. All of the dishes tasted good and safe bets but also nothing that would necessarily be a craving or bring me back. Quick service. For improvement: Galbi bowl was tough to eat with the plastic fork. The plastic fork was not strong enough to poke through the meat, not that the meat was tough. Need metal forks to eat the Galbi with. Menus set up high and spread across the full length of the bar so you can’t see the items on the left menu panel or even middle panel when you make it to the register— why do restaurants do this? Have a repeat of the menus— do one set at the front so people waiting in line can start thinking about what they want, then a same set of menus behind the register so we can remember. Tables were sticky- when we arrived and during the middle of our meal, we were the only ones in.Bad: nothing was bad though they need some fine tuningVegetarian options: Tofu“

“Whenever I’m in Texas and craving Japanese food, I always visit this place. The restaurant has a lively atmosphere, and the staff are friendly. I highly recommend the yakitori and agedashi tofu, which offer a taste just like back in Japan. Additionally, they have a happy hour where beers are priced attractively.“

“I was surprised by the size of nigiris. The fish was big covering entire rice and also fresh. Yellowtail wasn't the fattest part but still enjoyed it. The pick up was easy and they also provided free ponzu upon request. I ordered two rolls (I believe were called Samurai and crunch crab). The Samurai roll was tasty but the crunch crab roll was only ok. I would like to dine in next time to have my rolls and sushi more fresh. Definitely will be go to sushi restaurant.“

“This is my favorite sushi restaurant in DFW. I come here every other week or so. The all you can eat dinner experience is really great. There is so many options to choose from. I love how everything is made fresh to order rather than buffet style all you can eat. Even though the price may be high to some people I always feel like I get my money's worth after I leave. I have come during lunch before and although the price is cheaper alot of the menu isn't available like it is during dinner. I would not come here personally during lunch again. It's not a good value to me.“

“The chef was very friendly when I spoke to him on the phone. We came in that afternoon and enjoyed a light dinner and drinks with them. Our waiter was very helpful and attentive. I had the uni ( my favorite) and hard to find where we live. My wife had King salmon, a first for her. We split the edamame, and as a surprise the chef came out with two hand rolls-tacos, that were unbelievably good and unique. The nori was covered in plastic that you removed right before you ate it to keep the nori crispy. We were both surprised how good they were. And to top that all they were on the house. Another stand out item is their pickled wasabi, a first for us, and very good. We will definitely be coming back next time we are in plato. Keep up the good work.“

“We ate outside but the heaters did their job and kept us warm. Every employee we encountered was beyond nice. I dont know if he was the manager or owner but he was great too. One of the patio tables was unleveled and fixed it eventhough i told him it was ok. Our waiter was awesome and even the hostess came to check on us at one point. The sushi was fresh and we really enjoyed the specialty roles. Everything was great. We cant wait to go back.“
