I was able to enjoy my own music with open ear headset but I had to walk outside when I received a call because the caller couldn't hear me well.“

Its branding is visible everywhere, and I like how it's used throughout the shop, including on tissue paper, paper cups, and packaging. The coffee and sweets are excellent, making it the perfect spot to enjoy or grab and go in the afternoon.“

“The only reason I don't give Simona a five is because it's a hard place to work. The Wi-Fi today has gone out repeatedly, the speakers as well (one will go out so you hear music far off and then back on right in your ear - very distracting), and (if you sit inside at least) the noise from the counter and fellow patrons is both inescapable and intelligible, not easy to ignore background. It's not a bad place to read or do non-laptop work on the outside patio, which has both covered and uncovered portions and is very nice on a sunny day, but I learned from my one time trying to get work done today that it's not a good idea here. (Also, the seasonal espresso on the menu hasn't been available for months due to a long-delayed bean grinder, they say.)“

“It was a really cozy cafe that served well for chatting or reading. It's a smaller space so it could get a little packed. Both the egg coffee and the stir fried egg noodle were decent but I wished that had the price tags on the menu so it's more transparent.“

“What a fabulous Saturday night evening spent here. I’m dog sitting for dear friends and found myself solo, hungry, and wanting to eat out in Bailey’s crossroads / Columbia Forest. I happened to come here this morning to grab a cappuccino to go (which was fabulous) and decided venture here for dinner as well. I cannot wait to bring my friends back here and try more items. As it is Ramadan, there was a lovely dinner buffet option (as well as a la carte) but I went with the buffet and had the opportunity to try many of their lentil and vegetable options paired with a fantastic selection of domestic and Ethiopian beers (drafts and bottles). I topped off the night with their Ethiopian spiced tea while listening to live music. Service was beyond phenomenal. Everyone here, staff and patrons, are here to enjoy each other’s company.“

“Gong Cha is the OG and there's a reason they're everywhere! Lots of flavor selections, quick service, and good tasting bubble tea. Ordering with the kiosk can be a bit weird because for some reason you can't change sugar or ice level on some drinks, but if you order at the counter the staff can make those modifications for you. I ordered a classic - dirty brown sugar milk tea with boba. The boba was excellent! Not super chewy, but not hard either. Went down easily and tasted great. The brown sugar milk tea tasted like brown sugar, not much to speak on there. Will be here whenever I'm in Rosslyn and have a hankering for bubble tea.“

“Delicious breakfast! I enjoyed the mushroom potatoes spinach plate. Well prepared and all delicious. The sauce was dreamy. I wanna make this dish at home. I recommend getting a pastry while you wait. They all look fantastic and taste great too. I got the chocolate rose. Like a cinnamon bun of sorts. One could argue it's a little dry and could use more chocolate, but it was delicious sweet bread.“

“I stopped by this store because of an outage on the metro rail. I decided to turn around and go back home, but I decided to come here first to get a coffee to hold me over until I got home. I've never been to a Peet's store before, but I've loved their coffee for a long time now.The coffee I got was great, zero complaints with the cup I received. The barista's were very friendly and the store as a whole was very very well kept. I'll def be trying to visit again if for whatever reason I get off in Clarendon again.“

“This is my favorite Starbucks in the area!! Even in nicer neighborhoods of the DMV you don't get treated as well as you do here. I am regularly impressed with how friendly and patient the employees are at this Starbucks. They greet people as they enter the store and say bye when they leave. Even when they are super busy, the employees are in good spirits and even make small talk. Last week, even though it was 40 degrees out, there was an employee standing outside the front door handing out free drink and pastry samples to anyone who passed; I asked if she was too cold and she said, no I feel good! Love this place and always choose to get my coffee here. I'll admit there isn't a ton of space to sit or work from inside this location, but you can walk to Ballston Quarter and find seating there if needed.“
