“The food is authentic Italian; the Best in the DMV! From the Fontina white pizza to the made from scratch eggplant parmigiano … magnífico! This is the only Italian restaurant I go to in the DMV. Highly recommend.“

“Osteria da Nino is very nice place, family-owned restaurant. It is at a good location, close to parking lot and other shopping centers. More importantly, it is 10 minutes away from Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts. We had a great welcome by the owner. Our server was Alex. Four of us had a dinner reservation at this restaurant. After dinner, we went to a show (Shear Madness) at John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts. We ordered the following and here are my ratings Drinks (Baby Amarone, Tito, Spritz, Mojito, Bellini) - 9/10 Food (Octupus, Garlic Bread, Eggplant Parm, Fusili Crab Meat, Margherita Pizza) - 9/10 Desserts (Tiramisu) - **5/10** and Cappuccino - 9/10 Service - 9/10 I always feel there is a scope to improve the quality of the food. So, maximum score is 9 out 10. Tiramisu - It is not to the standard, and it is based on my experience eating Italian food for more than 30 years at other restaurants in NY, NJ, PA, DE, VA and MD. Also, this is my favorite dessert, especially if I am at an Italian restaurant. I strongly recommend Osteria Da Nino and will go back with more friends!!“

“I had the softshell crab and pesto dish. I live in coastal NC and the crab was some of the best I’ve had. Cooked to perfection and cleaned very well! I wish we had this back home in NC. Service and staff were five star, glass never went dry and you never had to ask for anything as all your needs were anticipated before you had to ask. Also go Wolfpack! “Amazing place to stop and get wine, pizza, hoagie, deli cuts, gelato,espresso, Italian groceries or even prepared meals to take home and heat up. I first went there a few years ago and found it to be my go to place and try to get in there once a week. They do so many things and do them right. They seem to employ a lot of students and they have a nice enthusiasm and demeanor to them, always upbeat. Their wine events they frequently have are always a good time to sample a wine and get educated on it. They have another location which has a lot of the same good foods, but is much smaller, this is the one I prefer as the selections are much larger. I wish I could give this place more stars, but 5 on a scale of 1-5 is all they'll allow.“

“The food had us so memorized I forgot to get the name of this restaurant after we ate here in March. My very picky son still talks about how great the pizza was and wishes you had one in Orlando. Whenever we get to the area again this will be a must stop. Would you ever think of franchising outside of the area, like Orlando? I would so be interested!!!“

“I rarely write reviews, but my family and I had such a wonderful experience that I wanted to share it. We reserved a table for 6 for a birthday dinner for my brother and his family. The Waiter was superb, filling glasses each time they became even a bit low and promptly attending to us throughout our visit. He was very knowledgeable about everything on the menu and had a fun sense of humor as well. The food was delicious. From the Bruschetta appetizer to our entrees, which ranged from Spaghetti and Meatballs to more sophisticated fare, each of us loved our food. The portions are generous and present a great value. Desert was tasty as well. The atmosphere is cozy and friendly as well. If you want high quality Italian food with excellent service at a fair price, then I highly recommend this restaurant.“

“Dinner here on our last night in the DC area and it was delicious! You can’t go wrong with any of the dishes, we are a family of 6 so tried several but the gnocchi and penne pollo were excellent! The pizza was also a hit. Even if you’re stuffed, try a dessert. Again, we loved them all. The tiramisu, cannolis, chocolate cake, and cherry gelato were the perfect ending to our meal. Great, friendly service with a cozy atmosphere and exceptional food. Definitely recommend! All 4 kids agree!“

“To do this place right you’ve got to get a two slice + fountain drink combo. I recommend the black cherry soda, cream soda, or, if you’re feeling frisky, mix the two! Then take a slice of cheesecake Home for later. I recommend the carrot cake flavored one! Definitely not an every day calorie splurge, but every now and then treat yourself! I took one star off just for personal preference… I like my New York style pizza greasy, but I recognize that most people in this area probably don’t.“

“Ledo's is more than a pizza joint, it's an institution. Buffalo chicken pizza well done is my go-to, highly recommend it if you have some Tum's handy. Parking for takeout is always abundant. Also right across from the Walgreen's if you have some additional honey-do's to knock out.“

“What an absolute delicious pizza I ordered! I went to participate in a PTA night for work and picked up Pizza Pie Me for dinner. I ordered the Buffalo & bbq chicken pizza and it was absolutely delicious. Service was great! I called before leaving work and it was ready in 15 minutes!“

“I visited this location since I wasn't in the mood for oriental food. The food court is slightly better than the mall. The restaurant choices are limited. I used to love visiting Pentagon City. Metro is better than driving, but only if the blue line doesn't have issues. I had pasta. It was great. I asked for extra sauce (no charge). The garlic knot was excellent. The employees were cheerful and observant. This was my third choice. We started at Chevy's & CA Pizza Kitchen. After looking at both menus, we ended up at the food court. I looked at Yelp reviews after my visit. I wouldn't order salad from here. I would get pasta again.“

“We went there to watch the NCAA championship game. Great happy hour food and drinks , TVs on every wall, friendly staff. An excellent time was had by all!Vegetarian options: They have many vegan toppings available - even vegan cheese. Generous portions and a gigantic beer selection.Kid-friendliness: 6 adults and a toddler in our party. Baby Marisa was given crayons and paper. She loved the food as did we all.“

“Subpar Italian fare nestled in a hotel... with mood lighting. Extremely overpriced food and drinks... 5 people and the bill was $400 for pasta dishes. However, they did accommodate us by reserving a large enough table & providing an entire birthday cake for my fiance's birthday! The cake was moist & delicious- and in my opinion - fairly priced at $36. All staff we encountered were extremely informative and friendly!“
