“There are two ways to dine. Eat in and take away. Their take away is fast and efficient. They have a special take away area and when they give you your order, they open everything up and show it to you... And if you order one of their family meals, like we did. (The chicken) The serving sizes are very generous... And where else can you get dinner for 4 for under $40? I had read that they're going to be raising prices soon but not by much. If you dine in, the wait staff is super friendly and attentive and there's a viewing window where you can choose your steak if you want! Seating is standard booth style, no free standing tables. I will say it does get a bit noisy and the music can be rather loud. Especially when the wait staff gather together and line dance for the patrons. I didn't think any restaurants did that any more. If you're a carnivore, then this place is a must visit.Vegetarian options: Nope. Meat eaters only!Dietary restrictions: This place is great for low carb diets“

“Mea culpa! Just went to their sister franchise off of Dumfries Road last night and had a good meal with great service and personal attention from management on the floor. Our small group left full and very happy, and Xavier gave us excellent service! That young man deserves a raise! But all this was at the Dumfries/Lake Ridge location. The original 3.star review here was for Bourbon Boulevard (smh) Very sorry, don't know how I messed that up. The photos attached are from Bourbon Boulevard as well. I hope that helps“

“We've been to EM'S several times and went there for an early Mother’s Day dinner. It was disappointing. Once we finally got our food, which seemed like forever... I ordered the 3 filet medallions, as did 2 other people in my group and all 3 of us had each piece cooked differently. One piece was medwell, one was medrare & one was medium. Just weird. The sweet potato casserole that I normally love just wasn't up to par this time. And, our waiter was so not attentive. He might ask one person in our group of 8 if they needed something, that person would answer, then he'd take off, not checking to see if anyone else needed anything. This went on all night. Very frustrating & annoying when I just wanted a nice relaxing Mother's Day dinner. They did walk around and give all of the women a rose, which was nice.“

“Went in for dinner and we were immediately greeted and quickly taken to our table. It was busy, but the place was clean, no sticky floors. Ambiance was nice and had a cozy feeling. Our server was very attentive and helps us with the selection process. Food was delivered pretty quickly considering it was a large order. Food quality was excellent, cleans and tasty. Food has flavor and was hot out of the kitchen. Overall great experience, recommend it. But call in for large groups as this is a popular spot.“

“This incident happened on the afternoon of 3/29. Food was good but the waitress came and asked for tips ?. Never seen anything like that. While ordering food in the app I opted to pay the tip in cash, even before we could finish the food she came and checked that she did not see any tip in the receipt & why was that. Later when she realized that we I’ll tip in cash she tried to be nice but damage was all done by that time. Very bad service & unprofessional indeed.“
