“I recently moved to Carrollton and wanted to find coffee nearby for the days I’m not at work. This spot is so cute!! Beautifully decorated and clean inside. Customer service was excellent as well. I ordered an iced almond milk latte with honey & cinnamon. It was absolutely delicious, 10/10! There are no critiques, however if they added a second size choice to the menu (24 oz, quad shot), that would be *even* better. “I just started working in the area and this is the closet coffee spot near my job. The service is always top notch anytime Mariah is there she gives off great energy! She always have a smile on her face and I be coming there around 6:45am and she always smiling!! My coffee is always super hot the way I like it! All their staff at this location is so pleasant every time!“

“We came in from Virginia Beach for a project for work. Work bestie & I were hungry, it was a Saturday morning.Your establishment was busy. We came in to make a to-go order.We were treated VERY KINDLY!!! even though ya'll were busy & your booths were full. We were treated EQUALLY & clearly not just for the tips!!Not to mention the food was ABSOLUTELY ON POINT!!! everything was cooked to perfection!! “My husband and I enjoyed our coffee break today at Cure. Our lattes were tasty, but we wished they were a little hotter. The crazelnut flavor was delicious; you can taste the caramel and the hazelnut :0) The staff were very friendly, and there is seating inside and outside. Cute place to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee. Next time we will try their food, as well. Check them out!“

“I really enjoyed the environment - light and airy, with a wide variety of seating options. Plants are always a plus in a coffee shop. The drinks on the menu were super inventive and indicative of a new third wave coffee shop - whoever designed the menu knows what they are doing, and has a pulse on where modern day coffee trends are moving. However, it was clear our barista was still learning the ropes, and drink execution was subpar. No latte art on the lattes (not a necessity of course... but it's come to be expected in coffee shops charging $6.50+ for a 12 oz latte), and the "shaken" espresso was decidedly not shaken. Drink prices are steep, be prepared for that. I think I averaged about $8 per drink after tax and tip. I'd come back for the atmosphere alone, and perhaps to see what progress our barista has made in technique.“

“I love this place, and they always have such great customer service.. but I was really disappointed with my first cupcake order from them. I was told one price but my card was taken over the phone and charged a different price.. I was going to let it go because it wasn’t a huge difference, but when I picked up my cupcakes today the box they put them in didn’t have place holders in them so even though I drove extra careful, there was enough room for them to roll around inside and this is what we ended up with. Feels like a waste of money when the cupcakes weren’t cheap to begin with. I’m all for “you get what you pay for” but man some placeholders for transportation should be a standard I think. I’ll still continue to support them because I do think this bakery is awesome and everyone I’ve interacted with has been really sweet.. but pleaaassseee use this review for constructive criticism lol.“

“I love Krispy Kreme donuts, especially when they are hot. I would see the Hot and Now sign lit up and rush to go in and buy a dozen. It was the first time in many years that I've been to the restaurant looking for the tasty treat (glazed donuts). I asked the cashier when the donuts were last cooked, and the reply was first thing this morning. I was told they only cook donuts twice once in the morning and at 5 o'clock.What!! you only cook twice a day so by 12:00 p.m. the donuts had been cooked since around 7 or 8 that morning. I told the cashier I could have just purchased them at the grocery store instead of rushing down to the restaurant. I was "Not Happy." I wanted them hot right off the assembly line. Needless to say, I grudgingly brought 3 dozens. I could have saved myself a trip and gas.The service was very poor. There was no customer service. Just order, and Slap them in the box and off you go. Maybe I'll have better luck at the Denbigh location because the Hampton location is poor. The donuts' tasted store brought“

“I had a great experience at the Warwick blvd location! The day prior my drink wasn’t made quite how I ordered it, I called and Kirsten answered. I explained the situation and she was so kind and told me to come in to get it remade. When I arrived Kylie took care of my order and Cameron made my drink and it was perfect! I appreciate the kindness and professionalism. I am a very satisfied customer :)“
