“this place is an experience in the best way. managed to get an early reservation on a friday night (heads up, they’re busy!) and so happy we did. service was super attentive, friendly, funny, and thoughtful. we sat at the high top with a view of the kitchen and bar which was a great time. and the food: delicious. we had the no carne versions of the tamale, coliflor, mole molido, and enfrijoladas and each was a delight. they were timed as courses perfectly and all had distinct flavors and notes. the margarita and mezcaltini were both on point. but then listen: the chocolate tres leches cake. I would go back for that alone. give this place a try, you’ll understand when you’re there.”

Every dish was on point, every service mark was hit, and I could write paragraphs about the wine recommendations. I would rate it more than five stars if I could. Huge thank you to Clay, Caleb, Kendall and everyone else we met for making our night so memorable. If you’re thinking about opening another location I vote DC!”

We asked the workers why only Brookeville Chicken and Biscuits and they noted that they took the best items from their catering and other brands and made it a place where people would want to stop in and eat. The place is very clean and seems to be situated in the front of the commercial kitchen which they use to also cook the catering food. I like to sit at the bar as I can see what is being done to my food and how it is cooked. Very impressed with the food at a reasonable cost. We got the "Breakfast platter" and "The Cure". The chicken thigh (yes thighs are cheaper but more tasty) was delicious. I would come again.”

Moreover, our team reached out incredibly last minute, and RR still got the event coordinated and on the calendar in about 36 hours. “We can’t say enough good things about our experience at Duner’s! We had mixed drinks, appetizers, entrees, salads, soups and dessert. There were 6 of us and we all agreed EVERYTHING was delicious! Usually at most restaurants there’s at least one thing that isn’t as great when that much is ordered, but that definitely wasn’t our experience! We each tried a bite (or more) of everything that was ordered and we couldn’t have been more impressed! The only downside is the noise level, which unfortunately we contributed to a good bit, but the staff handled our larger party with grace and patience! The excellent food and service more than makes up for the noise. Highly recommend!!”
