We tried all the sauces - my favorite was the NC vinegar and his was the apple butter mustard but said the smoked lime jalapeño hot sauce was a close second. The gluten-free cheese cake was a welcome surprise! Very delicious, totally recommend!“

“Red Hub was absolutely delicious! We had pulled pork and roast chicken (which were great) but the real hit was the mashed potatoes, which were incredible. We liked the variety in the menu and their partnership with Farm Bell gave us a lot of options (everything we tried was delicious, even the things that didn’t make our menu). We also used them for bartending and were very happy with the service they provided, even with complicated signature drinks.“
