Hands down, one of the best restaurants in CVille. Whether you are local or flying in from CHO (close-ish to the airport), you have to make it to this hidden gem. Very eclectic/stylish/fun Miami inspired decor with a really unique but specific art collection on the walls. Everytime I eat here, i order something different, and it is always something I have never had. Today, I had "Maicitos" which was described to me as "Mac and cheese meets street corn (elotes) with lays chips crumbled on top for crunch." It was totally new to me, but it was so awesome! And as good as the food and decor are, the people who work there truly steal the show. They are extremely friendly, customer service oriented, and more passionate about the food they serve than any restaurant I've ever been to. Their excitement to share with you their unique flavors is irresistible. If you only get one meal in CVille, you won't regret choosing Guajiros.
