Oakhart has some of the best vegetable dishes in the city (beets or charred carrots), while also offering excellent pizzas. The cocktails are creative and affordable ($13). Consistently a five star experience.“

“We visited Tonic on what was probably the nicest day of weather this year, so that definitely factored into our experience. For cocktails we ordered a "wabbit-season," a G&T, a beet drink and an "al Pastor." All were fantastic but the Wabbit-season was the standout favorite. The charcuterie board was great and had unique flavors. The pork belly sandwich was really top-tier good! Service was great too. All in all, we can't recommend Tonic enough--especially on a nice day!“

“We ate at Broadcloth. It was excellent! The four of us each had the four-course selection. Scallops, pork confit, spinalis dorsi tartare, rib-eye, and dark chocolate crémeux were all to die for. Service was also top notch. Other places in C-ville should take lessons from this place.“

“I secured reservations well in advance for my bday dinner. I'm so glad I did! It was amazing! Everything we ate was absolutely perfect! We ordered 9 plates for 2 people and took home 4 to-go boxes! We definitely over ordered, but we wanted to try so many things! Tapas sizes are perfect for 2. I even scored a free dessert for my birthday! This place is in my top 3 best restaurants in Charlottesville. Can't wait to go back!The staff was friendly and efficient. Parking can be difficult to find, as it's all street parking.“

“My kids and I had breakfast here and it was delicious! The hot cocoa was creamy and delicious and the Belgian waffle was perfection. We didn’t have lunch or dinner here, so I can’t speak to that, but I highly recommend the breakfast, which was also very reasonably priced for a resort.Kid-friendliness: They were very kind to my children, offering kid safe cups with lids, extra napkins, and spacious seating .“
