This was my first time at a sake brewery. The bartender did a great job explaining how sake is brewed and explaining the differences between the sakes that are made there. I highly recommend checking out this place!
We've been wanting to try this sake brewery ever since we went to Ben's Tune Up in Asheville, NC. Sake breweries are such unique places and this gem is Charlottesville really is a vibe. We sat at the bar and the bartender was attentive, knowledgeable and really friendly! There are plenty of drink options if sake isn't for you. They offer beer on tap, Japanese imports and cocktails. Wow! What a fun place to visit. Great decor. Inside and outside dining. Service was fast, friendly, and efficient. Toni B. was great. So fun to taste the different sakes. Such a treat. Had the pork dumplings and a couple of the ramen bowls. Yum. Will come here again next time we're in town.
