Visited on a Wednesday during Happy Hour. It was nearly empty so our food was ready pretty quickly. I was glad to see many flavors of Bold Rock, including the seasonal ones. It's Charlottesville so that's unsurprising but nice nonetheless. Food-wise, I ordered the steak Ottobun, rosemary fries, and baklava. My guest order brussel sprouts but to my advantage started to get full so I commandeered them. Everything was tasty and flavorful. I see why this place is so popular. My only gripe is the steak itself wasn't as hot as I would've liked. It was lukewarm at best. After I finished dining, I noticed the happy hour discounts hadn't been applied, but they apologized and promptly refunded me for the difference.

Had a build your own bowl here. the ingredients were absolutely delicious. the staff here was so friendly, so welcoming. they genuinely put so much care into the food. the quality is amazing and the service made you feel at home. with ambient music in the background. highly Recommend this place!! As i write this I hear someone say "everything looks so delicious"!

After spending years in Germany and enjoying the wonderful döner there, I was excited that Otto came to C'ville. It did not disappoint. My partner had chicken and I had beef. It was less greasy than what I was used to. With the tzatziki sauce and a dab of spicy, the durum wraps were great! The only recommendation I have is to have a garlic sauce available. Will be taking the whole family here in the future.

The build your pita and bowls can't be bested by any fancy restaurant in Charlottesville! They don't hold back on toppings which is a welcome surprise! The fried eggplant, dolmas, salads, falafel and hummus are all amazing. My kids "go to" are epic rosemary fries! Otto's is amazing!
