The food is amazing, the brunch is phenomenal! Cocktails are great and staff is super knowledgeable. They have weekly specials (burger Mondays, date night Tuesday’s, half off wine bottle Wednesdays, bachata night Thursdays) and live music! 10/10 would definitely recommend.
South and central is a dining experience that I feel privileged to have had. The food is unique but unbelievably delicious!! The atmosphere is gorgeous- eye candy! It’s like art walking in from the look of it down to the wood boards that the food is served on! It’s top notch food and service! If you have yet to go… plan a dinner right away!!!

I recently went to South & Central with a friend who was visiting from out of town. It was supposed to be the highlight of their trip but unfortunately the meal was less than pleasant. First, we were brought the appetizer of a different table. When I brought it to our server’s attention she took them back but came back with them and told them that we could have them because ours hadn’t even been started and we had already waited 15 min. After we finally got our appetizer our steaks arrived. When ordering I had mentioned the chimichurri was good the last time I was there so the waitress took it upon herself to put it on both of our steaks without us asking for it. My friend didn’t like it and his steak was ruined. My steak was over cooked so I sent it back. When I did the waitress brought the same steak back spread out and told me the chef said it was correct I just couldn’t see it. When I sent it back again the chef personally walked the steak out to tell me it was in fact medium and ask if I meant to say rare. This was the first time I’ve ever had a chef argue with me instead of just remaking the food. It was extremely off putting.
