Very HORRIBLE SERVICE! Was there celebrating my Niece Birthday and upon reservation a lot of important Information was not give. We waited a hour for our food. We wasn't aware that the full Menu thats listed on the website would not be our options for a large party. Limiting us to a menu that had maybe 5 entrees on it to choose from. Other information that was not communicated was larger parties would have to split the checks into groups of 4 per ticket. Another inconvenience! We were not asked if we needed refills or anymore to drink during the time we were there, 3 1/2 hrs! Items was ordered but never was brought to the table but still had it on the receipt. Once we figured what each person owed the person putting the whole tab on their card, the waitress comes back with another surprise..... they forgot to add gratuity which I don't feel they deserved a $10 tip let alone $40 per group of 4 totaling to $160 in tip. The food was ok, l've had better definitely not worth the $$$$ at alll! The whole experience was a disappointment except valet parking! I will NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN. They didn't have the curtesy to offer some kind of discount for such inconvenience and horrible service! They need to retrain the entire staff on great customer service. They lost 15 customers from tonight!
Food is absolutely delicious! The staff is amazing too!
