“09/27/23This place was very reasonable in their pricing and very quick also. I did egg roll and beef and broccoli. My standard first time go to. The egg rolls were good and the the main dish was very tasty. The sauce was very good and the veggies they put in were nice. The prices are excellent. Probably been here a long time so they don't have to raise prices. Their rent is probably at descent rate. I would try something different next time. I bet it will be great. I must try. I would drive a bit extra to eat here. Staff was friendly.“

“In our neverending search for Chinese takeout like we had back home in Mass, we came across King Wok. I'm glad we gave it a try. Very good! Gen. Tso chicken was great, as was the beef with broccoli and egg foo young. Their dumplings were stuffed... not all dough. I wasn't crazy about the lo mein or egg roll, but could have been my mood. All in all, we week definitely go back.“

“I gave this place a try and it was really good! I called in a to go order around 845 and I was worried I'd miss them before they closed. I got there right at 9 and my food was ready to go. The lady was really nice. I ordered the General Tso's chicken combo. The chicken was hot and crunchy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The white rice was perfect. I've been going to the same place for the a long time before this but I'll definitely be coming back here once in a while.“

“It's a well-kept secret that you probably would stop at just looking at it driving by, but it is my go-to for Chinese food. I like the kung pao chicken, but all the dishes we've had from there are really good. Plus, they have the BEST egg rolls in town. The place looks like they converted everything inside when covid happened but hadn't changed it back. There is no dining room, but we always get takeaway, so that's not a problem. It isn't the prettiest place, but it sure is good.“

“I was looking for a Chinese spot that'd be open past 9 PM on a Sunday and that lead me to China 1. My food was nice and hot and the wings were extra crispy. I ordered pickup and food was done within 10 minutes. The man who took my order was friendly.“

“First time ordering from here. It's the typical Chinese food joint. We got the bourbon chicken combo, general tso combo and the chicken wings. Bourbon chicken was good but had a ton of vegetables which I wasn't expecting. Normally when I order it from other places it just has onions or green onions. But the vegetables didn't bother me. General Tso chicken was good as well with a decent portion of chicken. The wings were good also. They had a very good crunchy coating and were seasoned nicely. The one thing I did appreciate considering the area that it's located was that it was in a decent shopping center where I didn't feel like I needed to carry in order to walk 20 steps inside a store. “With a steady stream of customers and fixed basic choices, it's not a restaurant, per se. It's a roadside stand. Which is just fine with me.Can't rate them compared to other restaurants. The sauce used is sweet to the taste. I heard a patron ask for extra grease in the dish. I turned around to see if the clerk and patron were smiling or about to fight.You don’t need a reservation nor expectation of fine dining. However, the cashier/server/Chinese menu interpreter is most pleasant“

“I'm from San Diego and I can't believe that this place is one of the best Chinese food I've ever had. My husband loves it as well! If we are craving Chinese food and it's on a Monday (restaurant is close) we will not eat or get Chinese food anywhere else, we will just choose another type of food. This is how much we love this place. Our usual orders: Orange chicken Fried and steamed dumplings Sweet and Sour pork Lo mein no veggies And sometimes we get general Taos“

“We love the food. We have ordered from the restaurant for over 5 years. The food is always consistently good. We have ordered a variety of items and never had any issues. The family that owns the restaurant is very pleasant. My only disappointment is that their prices have increased drastically over the past year. Prices are going up everywhere, so it is expected, but the prices are very high here now, and the portions have gotten smaller. The food has remained fresh and delicious.“

“My new go-to Chinese takeout. I've been really disappointed in the quality of Chinese takeout recently. It shouldn't be hard, but it just seems like place after place has bottom tier food prepared with bottom tier effort. I had seen some positive buzz on this place, so I wanted to give it a chance. I ordered General Tso's chicken (sorry I'm a walking stereotype) with fried rice and garlic wings. Usually I'd go white rice with Gen Tso. But something in the reviews I read here made me want to try the fried rice. I'm glad I did because it was the star. It was obviously refresh made. Had a nice wok hei (smoky flavor). Chunks of pork that weren't just flavorless after thought. Were actual chunks that tasted like pork. General Tso was a good flavor. A little more saucy than I prefer, but I'm sure that could be adjusted at request. It needed a little more crisp, but I still really enjoyed it. Paired with the fried rice it was a phenomenal combo. The garlic wings I pictured being dry, but they were wet. My mistake. The sauce had a good flavor. The garlic actually came through, which isn't always the case. They had a good flavor to them, but lacked for any crisp. I didn't hate the dish, but probably won't order it again. Overall I'm very happy with the meal and look forward to testing out some of my other stand-bys. Based on the fried rice I really look forward to trying the lo mein.“
