I was racially profiled and got finally looks for walking into the store by the employees then had to verify my post mates order five times with the lady at the register and then she said I need to confirm the pick up but that has nothing to do with her or her job title. The service was very bad and I would not recommend any black person a person of color to enter a Baskin Robbins ever again it made me feel genuinely uncomfortable like I did not belong inside of that establishment. A more appropriate response to the situation I feel would have been to look at the post mates order one time allow me to pay for and allow me to walk out without any further question or conversation as if a normal customer I was question and chastise and felt like I was lying about me trying to make my money doing Postmates

My double scoop ice cream fell on the floor before I left the store or had a taste for that matter. When I said I wanted a replacement, I was told all sales are final. I was also told by the “not manager” when I told her I wanted her name, that she wasn’t giving me her name and I needed to leave because other people were trying to get their ice cream. The rudest experience I have had in my life by a business. I frequent this store and I am so upset that I was treated this way! Take my money but don’t stand by your product or preparation.
