UPDATE: the food was bad. Like we’re on the toilet bad. Things have to be BAD for me to give it a bad rating and this was one thing after another. I used to love this place but i don’t think spending $45 for two poke bowls and a drink is worth it. Their service has definitely been in a decline. We decided to order in because we’re both busy and didn’t have any food prepped or time to cook for the evening I did a mobile order and picked up my food and when i got to the front, i told them “hi I’m picking up an order for susan” Not even a word back. Just pushed the food to me. I just said, “thank you, have a good day.” Again. Nothing. Lol, I’m not looking for a convo but don’t be rude. I get home, my order isn’t even right. No big deal. Then the boba. Literally hardly any boba in the drink. I popped the straw in, it tastes disgusting and the boba itself had an overly soft texture like it had been in there for a while when i had JUST ordered my food 15 mins before picking up. Explains why there was hardly ice in there. Also, wtf is on the side of my cup?? If it’s a couple things, i let it go. But this literally was one thing after another.
