It's a cute little shop with a decent amount of seating. There's not a variety of different though since the place is rather small. I found it to be rather noisy and not an ideal place to concentrate/focus on work since the layout makes the people talking echo and bounce off the walls easily making it louder. The seating for me was rather uncomfortable as well. Majority of their food items are microwaved items. I believe the only thing they make in house is their overnight oats from what I overheard. Service was great and fast. The drink tasted very refreshing. Parking around the area is only for 2 hours as well so you can't really stay for an extended period of time (at least where I parked on the street).

When we came, the only food this location serves are overnight oats & pastries, similar to a Starbucks. Don’t have the expectation of the menu posted online. The smoothie was a 0/5. Large chunks of ice & flavorless. The cinnamon roll my boyfriend had was a 3/5. He wasn’t a fan of the coffee flight. He loved the Hobbit Hole, but the others weren’t good at all. If you don’t ask about the flight, you won’t know about it since it’s not on the menu. Customer service wasn’t very good. We weren’t greeted, and the cashier wasn’t very friendly or informative. Nice experience, but wouldn’t return.

I do love this coffee shop. They have great coffee and the treats are yummy. I miss the food menu, though. Also, they have been very stingy with the honey cake they offer. The slices have been so thin lately and NOT worth the cost. They should either lower the price for a little slice or slice it bigger. The slice I received could not have been worth more than $2. Can’t believe I paid as much as I did for that. Insane.

Was excited to give Fika a try, but left thoroughly disappointed. We ordered a latte flight, only to be told they stop making them 30-min before closing, we missed it by 4 minutes, we were told “the barista has been trying to go home for 30 minutes now.” The food menu is very limited and they seemed irritated when we asked to order some. Our crepes were store bought, cold, with no fresh fruit and were $10. The egg bites were barely warm, two for $9, and just eggs and mushrooms. 7 minutes before closing, someone walked in and the barista quickly walked to the door and frustratingly flipped the open sign to closed. One employee yelled “we close in 3-minutes” so everyone inside knew to hurry up and finish. The coffee was decent, but not worth the poor customer service and overpriced generic food.

Visited this coffee house twice with teammates while in town for a career fair at Hampton University. Customer service was amazing. The staff were patient with us as we asked questions about their menu and even made suggestions on what we should try. I had a mermaid latte (lavender & vanilla) it was very good! I can't remember what my teammates ordered but everyone enjoyed their drinks and said they'd come back. I believe one was red velvet latte. I'd definitely visit this coffee house again based on service and coffee. Only negative is the ham wnd cheese crossiant not being very filling. There may have been 10 small pieces of ham in it.
Didn’t eat there but had an amazing coffee drink and wonderful customer service. Morgan was our barista. Her suggestions were spot on and her friendly smile is just the cutest. The shop its self is adorable.

The first time that we came here, I really enjoyed my food although my husband did not. He liked the coffee that he got, but my smoothie was definitely lacking and tasted like it had been sweetened.Unfortunately, I came here again and was dismayed to find out that they no longer serve anything decent for breakfast and were only serving three options. The only vegan option they had was a hummus plate, which I would not even consider to be a breakfast item, so we had to find somewhere else to go for brunch.

Visited here for the first time and what a great place! Met a group of ladies and they all loved their food items and their drinks. A friends overnight oats bowl with bananas on top looked very good. I tried the cold brew cookies and cream frappe and it was delicious! Lots of coffee drink choices as well as smoothies too! On weekends you can order a coffee flight, so will have to come back and try that. Service was good and the lady behind the counter was able to help my friend with questions about the food and drink menu. They have quite a bit of seating as well as a few little seating nooks. It's bright and warm inside. Will return to try more items!
