The experience was horrible. My husband called and ordered food paid for it over the phone in order for them to deliver. He spoke with the husband and advised the husband that he was at work and he was having the food sent to his family. The man stated that was fine. The wife delivered the food and she said she needed to see the debit card and I’d which hello I don’t have. She walked away I flagged her down before she drove off and FaceTimed my husband where he showed her both cards she refused to look at them saying people don’t pay. I asked her if my husband already paid she said yes. Still refusing to give me my food. My husband called back and spoke with the husband and said he was telling his wife to give us our food. She then argued with him not trying to give us our money back after calling so many times in an hour and threatening to call the police she then put the money back on our card. She is rude and is loosing business for them. Don’t let this be you.

I called Good Fortune to order takeout. We knew that they are under new ownership. We Karen(original owner) told me they were selling we were so sad. We have loved Good Fortune. I grew up here and have been ordering from there for the last 30 years. I called at 8:06pm to place an order. At 8:08 I called back to cancel- told her I was sorry- but my son wasn’t going to be home as planned , so I needed to cancel. Her exact worlds to me were “Don’t ever call back here again. I have your number on my phone. Don’t call back”. And she hung up. I was so shocked. I called again asking if she had told me to not call back, to make sure I heard her right and she repeated again “Don’t call back to order anything from here. So that was my first and only experience with the new owners of Good Fortune. Hope other people have better experiences then myself. I can only speak about my experience there. That lady was nasty and so rude. It was literally 3 mins in the time that I called and the time I canceled.
